Poor performance

Most frequent outages and poor internet performance from all ISPs I have ever been with. Pay for a 100mb but never get above 85mb on speed test even with no other devices connected. RSAWeb loves to do unannounced maintenance close to midnight.

Loyal customers get ignored while new clients get better deals

I recently had a very disappointing interaction with RSAWEB, specifically with a consultant named Justin Boer. As a long-standing customer currently on a 150/150 Mbps package, I reached out to enquire whether existing clients would also benefit from the newly advertised 300 Mbps packages at similar pricing. The response I received was simply that the promotion only applies to new sign-ups. No effort was made to offer alternatives, show appreciation for loyalty, or even explain options available to existing customers. When I expressed my frustration around loyal customers essentially being overlooked while new customers get better value for the same price, the response I got was even more disappointing — I was told I could speak to the cancellation team. This kind of response clearly shows a lack of customer care and retention strategy. Instead of trying to resolve the concern or retain a paying customer, the suggestion was effectively “cancel if you’re not happy.” Customer service is not just about answering questions — it’s about how you engage with customers, especially when they raise valid concerns. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a loyal client. Poor network and they don’t credit any amount they owe you.

please never use rsaweb for wifi. I have been waiting for 17 days for them to credit R999 they took from my account. After I told them the main reason I wanted to cancelling them is because I lost my job. in all of that i pay R639 and i used two devices and the network is still poor.

Most useless idiots

I dont even want to give it a 1 star this useless company, they are the most useless bunch of idiots, they have suspended my Fibre yesterday and I have sent proof of payment and arrangements were made with a lady zeah I still have the chat which I have provided them with plus proof of payment and these dumb idiots still never put it on and keep asking me for proof I even sent proof of chat to zeah useless idiots 0629867482

RSAweb are ripping people off

They have been charging me R909 for 75/75MBPs octotel fibre, even thought they discontinued the product in MAY 2025 and are now charging other clients R845 for 100/100MBPs octotel fibre. So they're. charging me more money for less services. They do not care about that, are unwilling to take responsibility or apologise. Their customer service is pathetic. Every time you reply to an email a different person responds to it

Refund delayed and wrong information from RSAWEB

I am very disappointed with the service I received from RSAWEB. I app**** for WiFi installation and was told the installation would happen within a certain number of days. After waiting more than 7 working days with no installation, I decided to cancel the service because the information I received from customer service kept changing. I then requested a refund for the service and the hardware that I never used. I followed all the instructions given to me and submitted the required documents. I was told I must wait 7 working days for the refund. After waiting patiently, I called again and now I am being told a completely different story, that I must confirm my bank account again before payment can be made. This was never mentioned before, and every time I speak to a different agent, I get different information. This experience has been very frustrating. I have been patient and cooperative, but I still do not have my money. I request that RSAWEB processes my refund immediately, not tomorrow, not next week but now. If this is not resolved soon, I will escalate the matter to ICASA and the Consumer Protection authorities. this is why I cancelled in the first-place poor, poor very poor services, *********** companies don't deserve to be operating. I just want my money back for a service and hardware I never used.

Worst service and connection I have ever experienced

Very poor experience with RSAWEB. Our internet has gone down almost every month since we joined, and each time it’s a struggle to get the issue resolved due to slow and ineffective support. The worst incident was when our internet stopped working just before we left the country in December. We reported it and were assured it would be fixed before we left, but nothing was done. Our house sitter had no Wi-Fi the entire time we were away. Reliable service and support are the basics of an internet provider, and RSAWEB has failed us repeatedly. I would not recommend them.
