My very first experience when joining RSA Web was terrible.... It was a constant back and forth and resending of documents over and over again, it took about 3 weeks of nagging and following up to get my connection sorted. Now, this month my installment suddenly DOUBLED and no one can explain. When Keisha Thomas eventually gets back to me she sounds like a broken record, and keep on saying the same line over and over, she is not reading my query and giving me the information I asked for. Since the 10th of May I have been trying to get answers, it is now the 28th of May and still not answering my questions.... She even sent me another customer's statement at one point when I asked for my statement..... Pathetic! I might as well cancel and switch to a different provider as I can't deal with this type of incompetence.

I have been a loyal customer for almost half a decade, which is why I’m disappointed with how my account has been handled. Every year my package speed gets increased without any consultation, and I’m currently on a 100 Mbps package that I simply do not need. All I use the service for is streaming videos, so these higher speeds are unnecessary for me. On multiple occasions, I requested to downgrade my package, but I was always informed that it was not possible. However, the moment I requested cancellation, suddenly a downgrade became possible — but only from next month. It feels unfair that I’m expected to pay another month at a higher rate before the downgrade can take effect. As a long-standing and loyal customer, I would really appreciate if you could assist me with the best possible deal and process the downgrade immediately rather than next month. I would prefer to remain a customer, but I need a package that better suits my actual usage and budget. I look forward to your assistance and hopefully a positive resolution as soon as possible.

Pathetic service from this company. Havent even had my fibre installed and they cant organise my services, costing me money because they dont read the info that i was requested to submit, they dont communicate internally, they dont know their technical information BUT just want to activate and debit my money.

I placed an order with RSAweb earlier this month. However, due to poor customer service and the lack of response to my correspondence, I decided to cancel the order. I logged a cancellation ticket and subsequently received a confirmation email stating that my order had in fact been cancelled. This was over a week ago. I am now extremely surprised to receive an email from RSAweb informing me that, because I cancelled my order, the hardware router in my possession must be returned as the rental hardware belongs to RSAweb. This is absolutely diabolical, considering that I never received any router from RSAweb in the first place. The email further states that I must return the router within 10 days or I will be billed accordingly, which is completely unacceptable, given that no router was ever delivered to me. Kindly attend to this matter as a matter of urgency and rectify your records immediately.

Latest service delivery (May'2026) hasn't been good! I've been with RSAWEB for over 6/7 years now, and since my last issue with connectivity I haven't really needed to engage with them, and that's a good thing; in my area the partnership is between RSAWEB/Octotel (FNU). Now, my latest interaction (May'2026) hasn't been what I expected from RSAWEB — Here's a brief summary: I was on a 75/75 Mbps connection, which worked optimally for my internet connectivity needs. Price increase in May from R835 to R899; I asked for a better price cause R899 is so close to the price of a 100/100 Mbps connection. First, I was offered the 100/100 Mbps connection at R955/m (website showed R954/m), then after discussion they offered it at R915/m. Cost of living is expensive, so I thought, 75/75 Mbps works just great for me, why do I need to upgrade the connection. So, I asked again for a better price on the 75/75 Mbps connection, but no luck. I'm gonna put in a wireless fibre as a back-end and then I'll migrate. For now I'm gonna downgrade with RSAWEB to 55/55 Mbps to save on cost. I just hope it's gonna be fast enough for me to work without any issues; fingers crossed.

Absolute headache when canceling. Even when you reach out confirm what you will be doing they ignore it and still bill you. Ill reverse the debit order because Cain Adams doesnt read his emails.
