I have been a loyal customer for almost half a decade, which is why I’m disappointed with how my account has been handled.
Every year my package speed gets increased without any consultation, and I’m currently on a 100 Mbps package that I simply do not need. All I use the service for is streaming videos, so these higher speeds are unnecessary for me.
On multiple occasions, I requested to downgrade my package, but I was always informed that it was not possible. However, the moment I requested cancellation, suddenly a downgrade became possible — but only from next month. It feels unfair that I’m expected to pay another month at a higher rate before the downgrade can take effect.
As a long-standing and loyal customer, I would really appreciate if you could assist me with the best possible deal and process the downgrade immediately rather than next month. I would prefer to remain a customer, but I need a package that better suits my actual usage and budget.
I look forward to your assistance and hopefully a positive resolution as soon as possible.
