I placed an order with RSAweb earlier this month. However, due to poor customer service and the lack of response to my correspondence, I decided to cancel the order.
I logged a cancellation ticket and subsequently received a confirmation email stating that my order had in fact been cancelled. This was over a week ago.
I am now extremely surprised to receive an email from RSAweb informing me that, because I cancelled my order, the hardware router in my possession must be returned as the rental hardware belongs to RSAweb. This is absolutely diabolical, considering that I never received any router from RSAweb in the first place.
The email further states that I must return the router within 10 days or I will be billed accordingly, which is completely unacceptable, given that no router was ever delivered to me.
Kindly attend to this matter as a matter of urgency and rectify your records immediately.
