I placed an order with RSAweb earlier this month. However, due to poor customer service and the lack of response to my correspondence, I decided to cancel the order. I logged a cancellation ticket and subsequently received a confirmation email stating that my order had in fact been cancelled. This was over a week ago. I am now extremely surprised to receive an email from RSAweb informing me that, because I cancelled my order, the hardware router in my possession must be returned as the rental hardware belongs to RSAweb. This is absolutely diabolical, considering that I never received any router from RSAweb in the first place. The email further states that I must return the router within 10 days or I will be billed accordingly, which is completely unacceptable, given that no router was ever delivered to me. Kindly attend to this matter as a matter of urgency and rectify your records immediately.

Communication is extremely poor, installation technicians do not honour appointment times, and there seems to be little to no regard for the fact that clients also have schedules to manage. We cleared our schedules for the installation appointment only for the technicians not to show up, without any communication or update. Their follow-up team is just as disappointing, with little communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency or apology. Reaching them is a mission on its own, and even their WhatsApp support is completely ineffective, with issues never being resolved. At this point, I’m genuinely concerned about what will happen once the service is finally installed. If I experience internet issues in future, I have very little confidence that they will be helpful or responsive.
I have been receiving extremely poor service from Admyntec. I recently changed my bank account and informed them well in advance that my debit order details for my cellphone insurance needed to be updated so that the debit could go off from the correct account at the end of last month. They sent me a form to complete, which I filled out and returned on the same day sometime last month. I also followed up several times to ensure everything was processed. Despite this, they still proceeded to debit my old account. Since then, I have been calling and sending follow up emails, but I keep getting the same response that they will get back to me and assist. Unfortunately, no one ever follows through. This has been extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I am also concerned that this situation may negatively affect my credit score, even though I did everything required on my side and communicated the changes well in advance. I expected much better service.
I’m really disappointed by the lack of professionalism from FNB. I paid off my credit card in full and have been requesting its cancellation since last year. I was told I needed to deposit a certain amount to enable the cancellation, which I did, yet the card is still active and I’m being charged monthly fees for something I’ve repeatedly asked to be closed. I’ve followed up multiple times, including last week, and was assured the card would be cancelled, but nothing has happened. It’s frustrating to be treated this way after banking with FNB for over 10 years. I’m now in the process of switching banks, and this experience has made the transition far more difficult than it should be.
Dear potential customer Do not make the same mistake I made by choosing this tracking company just because they offer free installation for first time users I was involved in a serious accident My car was written off and I lost my phone in the process Netstar failed to contact my listed emergency contact. My car rolled I was injured and managed to get out while it was upside down I was conscious but had I not been no one would have known because Netstar did absolutely nothing. I emailed their customer service and received no response for weeks I had to call in myself and escalate the issue to be heard. To top it off they told me there is a cancellation fee of over R900 even for a car that has already been written off. That is their policy. Poor service, No urgency and No accountability. Do your research before signing up, surely there are better options out there
