Excellent service
Acc - 11281051. I would like to take this opportunity to commend Kutlwano Tseleng for the excellent and patient customer service he rendered. I have been in a dispute with Netstar regarding a contract settlement amount for a month. After receiving different settlement amounts in a span of 4 different days. i engaged in several telephone conversations and email correspondence. I was also told by another agent that he can only work with what is on the system. This I understand, but he was not forthcoming to escalate the matter to his manager. I sent an email to his manager. to which I still have not received a reply. Kutlwano honored his commitment to escalate the matter, provide feedback same day and resolve the enquiry. I believe this is the service that Netstar would link to their brand.

It’s been 2 years now since I lost my motorbike with case no; 318926706 and sold the rest and when I want to cancel am told stories,send emails to both Sbu Mbatha and Jason Cupido at netstar no luck .All they do is debit on my account

Paying for an inactive unit
My unit got disconnected in January, I have since called 3 times in 1 month to try and get a technician to come and look at my unit and everytune Im told that a the hnician will be in contact. It been almost 2 months and Im still waiting for a call. When I need the device to be installed I got feedback within 3 days but now that I'm paying for the unit Im constantly the one calling and getting no help yet every month I must pay for a unit that's inactive!!!!

Mynetstar is a **** company
I don't even want to put one star there coz they don't deserve even 1 star. I am so furious that I've been driving around with a car that has NO tracker and I've been paying. So what happened was my car did not want to start and I took it to a battre centre and they told me that the tracker system is the cause of my batree being drained coz it's not working. Only yesterday it struck me that this thing is not working coz on Saturday my alarm went off in a very busy area and I was in the store, my door was open and the alarm went off and Netstar never even called. Yesterday after I found out this thing is not working I pressed the panic button and again nobody called me. I am very disappointed and now they are telling me they can only come out MONDAY imagine I must struggle with my batree being drained everytime with this stupid system that is not even working. My question is what if I was in trouble and I press the panic button not even knowing it's not working. I AM BASICALLY PAYING FOR A THING THAT IS NOT WORKING

Lack of service
I am starting to experience serious concerns with Netstar. The last time I received a call from them was around mid last year, when I reported that my car had been ******. That was the only time they contacted me. Recently, someone stole my car battery, and I did not receive any alert or call from Netstar when the battery was removed. Yesterday, I was chased by a Polo and pressed the panic button, but again, I did not receive any response or call from them. I only managed to get to safety by hiding at the mine. It is very concerning that there is no response in emergency situations, yet the monthly payments are still being deducted. I would like an explanation for this lack of service and immediate action to resolve the issue.
