Thanks to Precious R for assisting me with with an inquiry I had regarding my policy
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from an agent named Jabulani. He was incredibly argumentative throughout our conversation. When I requested to escalate the matter, he flatly refused to let me speak to a manager and refused to call me back. This level of unhelpfulness and disrespect is completely unacceptable.

I've spent two weeks trying to cancel my policy with zero success. The agents are incredibly rude and argumentative, and management refuses to return my calls. Even a formal email complaint was completely ignored. Unprofessional service and a total nightmare to deal with.
The worst service provider I have ever come across, no response to emails and consultations don’t call back as promised.

I sent an email on the 29th of April and to date I have not received a response!
I just wanted to express my gratitude for the exceptional service at your store! I had the pleasure of working with Lizzy on two occasions, and she went above and beyond to understand and meet our needs. The same-day delivery of our bed was a fantastic surprise, and I truly appreciate how kind and accommodating your staff were to my busy child during our visits. Overall, I’m incredibly happy with the service and the experience. Thank you for making our purchase so enjoyable!
I needed assistance with a refund yesterday, so I decided to get help on the secure chat. Stefan did not read my response and promised to send me a form, which he never did. Today, I tried again and was now connected to Lungelolakhe who asked questions and mentioned that he would transfer me to another department. I was then transferred to McClean who said he cannot understand my previous chat when all the information was there. He later said I am in the wrong department and he will transfer me back to the initial department, which he did. Then Tsholofelo said they can't assist at all and was very ****y. This is really disappointing.
I sent an email on the 1st of July requesting for my details to be updated and to date nothing is done. I even tried sending an email to Seugnette however still no luck. The worst in terms of service they can’t even action simple request!!
