Okay so what happened is that I bought medication and didn’t send an invoice for that, not knowing I have to send an invoice as no one told me to. When I tried to claim for a doctors visit weeks later I couldn’t as there was an invoice outstanding. Mamsy Chokwe was able to help with the refund process though, I give her/him 5 stars.
