Unexpected service
I have never experienced customer service like this before. In my 20 years of utilising short-term insurance, this is the first time a service consultant has consistently followed up on my claim. Confirmation Message *Business Name:* CLC *Rating:* 5 out of 5 *Review:* Discovering your car has a flat battery while about to leave a mall parking lot is not fun. I called my insurer's roadside assist and they were so friendly and efficient. Within minutes I got a whatsapp to say that help was on the way, and within 20 minutes they arrived, jump started the car and I could drive away to buy a new battery! Great service.
