Nestar app

Hello Peter, I’m currently using Netstar as my tracking company. I bought my car last year with its previous registration number, and later changed it to a new registration number. I updated the new registration details on my Netstar app in early January.

However, this month the system reverted back to the old registration number. When I contacted them, they told me there was a duplicate registration number and that someone else apparently has the same registration number as mine. I don’t understand how they allowed another person to register the same number as my vehicle.

They promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours, but it has now been a week and the problem is still not fixed.
