Hello Peter, I’m currently using Netstar as my tracking company. I bought my car last year with its previous registration number, and later changed it to a new registration number. I updated the new registration details on my Netstar app in early January. However, this month the system reverted back to the old registration number. When I contacted them, they told me there was a duplicate registration number and that someone else apparently has the same registration number as mine. I don’t understand how they allowed another person to register the same number as my vehicle. They promised to resolve the issue within 24 hours, but it has now been a week and the problem is still not fixed.
I am not happy with Naked insurance communication during the past two weeks. Last week I have made claims with them . They only reply to my emails in the evening. My phone was covered to the value of R24 000 with an excess of R6000. Meaning I am supposed to get R19000 from them in a form of a voucher. They are telling me that they will only give me R7000 which is a day light ******* from what I have been paying on a monthly basis.
I bought a tv online at makro. Only for them to deliver it with missing items. It didn’t come with a remote and extension cable. I have been trying to call wonderboom makro and they are not answering my calls. I am tired now
