I had to drive to Sandton yesterday - could not make any calls. Super friendly guy assisted me and was there when I spoke to legal. We settled the account that I didn't know was outstanding. She said it would be unlocked in one hour. Still NO NETWORK or able to make any calls. SUPER inconvenient and endangering my life in SA.
