Your driver delivered a package to my premises without my permission and when I tried to speak to driver he was very aggresive and just left the package, now when I contact support they are not helping, I guess Aramex delivers anything to anyone without their consent and they just leave it and go. Very unprofessional and bad service

I purchased an ARAMEX Store to Door envelop and deposited it a Checkers Fairlands Walk JHB on 21st may 2026 to be delivered to Silverton Pretoria (not that far maybe 60kms away) around 12h00. Yesterday 25th May by 15h00 it had not been delivered. Called ARAMEX, they couldnt tell me where the package was, I had a tracking number but there was no record of it on their system. They gave me a reference number and said they would get back to me within a couple of hours. This morning 26th May I received an SMS to say they picked up the package!!! I received a message around midday to say it had now been delivered. So 5 days for an overnight delivery. What would have happened if I didnt call them!! Ridiculous service!!

I dropped of my parcel at a drop of point in Welkom on 20th May 08:17 and was processed on the sameday 15:27 after back and forth with calls after relizing the parcel isnt moving today on 26 May new info is parcel was only picked up on Monday 25 May and my parcel is lost and situation under investigation this is the 1st happening to me the advertis the parcel will be delivered from 24 hours to 72hours for reginal places as a small business owner to a client waiting for their parcel ending in a situation like this is unacceptable im still waiting on more feedback regarding this situation.

Started using Aramex a month ago, service was always prompt and progress updated , so you have a reasonable timeline in mind for customer orders being processed. My last order was a HUGE mess up on Aramex my order was submitted and ready for collection on the 19th of May... When I enquired where my package was , the consultant just advised , oh we didn't it at the depot..So for 3 days , Aramex just didn't collect the order`!!!! I went back to the store on the 3rd day and my package was still there ??? So I had to select another courier service ... wasted cost , as I had to take out my package out !! No one seems to have a explanation on why this order didn't move , or wasn't collected at all. This is really BAD service, which can not be tolerated on any level

ARAMEX is the worst to send an package with. I am so disappointed with the service. I think if i had sent th package via ship it would have arrived by now versus the ****py service i am getting from them. Apparently the package i sent last month beginning of April 2026 is still enroute and i truly wonder if the receier will get it before Christmas. I truly regret. and when you call you never get a concrete answer apart from " oh yes ma'am the package will be delivered tomorrow" I truly wonder which tomorrow they will be refering to as it is not the normal literal tomorrow that comes 24 hours or less after "today". And to boot sometimes NOONE knows where the package is. Destination is France they will tell me it is in Uk another day it is in German another time it is with customs ( which one: only ARAMEX, UPS goodness know who).

Aramexglobalshopper is the worst! Aramex SA customer service even worse! 27 February 2026, I received a notification from AGS saying: Your package from Walmart, containing Toys and parts thereof and weighing 1.36 LB under the Airway Bill No. 680e83 has arrived at your Aramex Global Shopper account. The day before o received confirmation from FEDEX that my parcel was successfully delivered to the Florida Sarasota USA branch. For some or other reason the package did not show on my account when I logged in, thus I reached out to Aramex SA several times.callback requests to Nomvuyo etc went unresponsive. Claim shipment DUR/0426/8 - logged 2 April DUR/0426/32 - logged 1 April DUR/0326/36 - logged 10 March DUR/0326/35 - logged 10 March DUR/0326/18 - logged 5 March DUR/0326/19 - 16 March- ticket created for origin hub to assist SRQ/0326/108525270 Everytime I would get a request to submit tracking numbers, and invoice details to prove my parcel was delivered to AGS, although they themselves had sent me confirmation of receipt! Also, they close the ticket immediately on their short responses and so even if you reply thereafter, it makes no difference!! Today, again I log another query out of desperation, all to get a response from Bulelwa Kali that the parcel was returned???? When? To whom? Why? Why wasn't i notified? How??? Especially since I have been proactively following up on this parcel since February!!! I want my parcel AGS OR A FULL REFUND !!! YOU GUYS ARE DESPICABLE AND LACK INTEGRITY!!! A simple request, and you couldn't follow through!!

Aramex drivers are absolutely ***********. My order was scheduled for delivery on Friday and when the driver arrived saw that my office door was closed, they concluded that we were closed and left. I then spoke to an Aramex agent Juanita to arrange for delivery on Monday with an instruction to call which they didn't. They arrived at my premises and handed my parcel to a colleague and then took it back and left. Today they delivered it to an incorrect address from which that company called me to say that my parcel was there but then the driver took the parcel from them and then proceeded upload onto their system that is was a failed delivery. I then went online to chat to an agent named Tender who was no help at all and closed the chat when I asked for a resolution.
