ARAMEX is the worst to send an package with. I am so disappointed with the service. I think if i had sent th package via ship it would have arrived by now versus the ****py service i am getting from them. Apparently the package i sent last month beginning of April 2026 is still enroute and i truly wonder if the receier will get it before Christmas. I truly regret. and when you call you never get a concrete answer apart from " oh yes ma'am the package will be delivered tomorrow" I truly wonder which tomorrow they will be refering to as it is not the normal literal tomorrow that comes 24 hours or less after "today". And to boot sometimes NOONE knows where the package is. Destination is France they will tell me it is in Uk another day it is in German another time it is with customs ( which one: only ARAMEX, UPS goodness know who).
I wish there was another internet service provider close by. I am truly tempted to canceled this horrible network. For the past week I have had no network and it has nothing to do with the tower. Countless calls to the call Centre has left me broken and extremely frustrated. 3 days later still waiting for the technician to call. I mean really.
