They offered a credit card via clearscore. Called me, approved me. Submitted all the docs. Was told funds would be available same day. Went in branch next day, resubmitted all docs manually. Again told, verification is busy. They confirmed all docs received. 3rd day, still no funds. Phoned in, resubmitted docs through consultant. Confirmed he sent it in. 4th day, phoned in, told they verified my incomes, and the agent just needs to activate the amount on my account. TODAY 5th day and I call in and I am told, a note has been added that my income doesn't match! How???? I specifically highlighted both my incomes for ease for your consultants, I made specific note for them to refer to both, I supp**** the statements and payslips over and over again!!! You guys just wasted my time and energy and my airtime... I could have just app**** elsewhere!!! Ridiculous that FNB strings people along! How ineffective and inefficient can your credit card division be? Why waste a customers time? It is already friday, and now its too late for me to even apply elsewhere! You lead customers for what???
Aramexglobalshopper is the worst! Aramex SA customer service even worse! 27 February 2026, I received a notification from AGS saying: Your package from Walmart, containing Toys and parts thereof and weighing 1.36 LB under the Airway Bill No. 680e83 has arrived at your Aramex Global Shopper account. The day before o received confirmation from FEDEX that my parcel was successfully delivered to the Florida Sarasota USA branch. For some or other reason the package did not show on my account when I logged in, thus I reached out to Aramex SA several times.callback requests to Nomvuyo etc went unresponsive. Claim shipment DUR/0426/8 - logged 2 April DUR/0426/32 - logged 1 April DUR/0326/36 - logged 10 March DUR/0326/35 - logged 10 March DUR/0326/18 - logged 5 March DUR/0326/19 - 16 March- ticket created for origin hub to assist SRQ/0326/108525270 Everytime I would get a request to submit tracking numbers, and invoice details to prove my parcel was delivered to AGS, although they themselves had sent me confirmation of receipt! Also, they close the ticket immediately on their short responses and so even if you reply thereafter, it makes no difference!! Today, again I log another query out of desperation, all to get a response from Bulelwa Kali that the parcel was returned???? When? To whom? Why? Why wasn't i notified? How??? Especially since I have been proactively following up on this parcel since February!!! I want my parcel AGS OR A FULL REFUND !!! YOU GUYS ARE DESPICABLE AND LACK INTEGRITY!!! A simple request, and you couldn't follow through!!
OmmmmmmGGGGG! Where do I begin...I'm so overwhelmed with gratitude and awe at the wonderful service I received.... Let me just say Tyla is such a sweetheart...she totally assisted me well after hours and when they were actually closed for the day. I needed a sold out item, and promptly found it for me and invoiced me...talk about being proactive!!!!!¡! I'm so so amazed!!! Deidre assisted me earlier in also finding a sold out item and a return... such polite and prompt service again! Tyler and Deidre are stars! Elzette is amazing! She's been in constant touch with me through whatsapp and email, finding me all my items. She even pulled items from various stores, snapped extra pics and manually invoiced me. OmG! MARLEE from online is the absolute best. She went out of her way to find me 2 products that were discontinued and sold out countrywide. I'm absolutely floored by her warm responses and ardent attention to customer satisfaction! Thank you Marlee! You absolutely made my day with those items!
I contacted them regarding a promo I missed asking if they'd re-run it and I received an answer of No, which I could accept. The next day whilst scanning their website, I see a message at the top flashing the mothers day promo saying ends Sunday (not specifying a date)- so I screenshotted and sent the message to Babalu Boutique's whatsapp. I was told to respect the promo expiration and to refrain from contacting them regarding the expired promo. WOW! Either someone is having a bad day or just has no customer service skills. The least they could do was apologize for the misleading advert on their page and have it removed and perhaps even thank me for pointing it out to them- which I would've accepted gladly. I just find it really disappointing that people want to run small business start ups but have no clue how to treat customers. I would have been a big a customer but sadly you treated me like I'm harassing you guys when I was just pointing out an error on your side, and something that is misleading to potentially other clients too. Oh well. Thank you for responding though "and in a somewhat very polite yet offensive message", I guess.
On 27jan I requested to cancel an order in order to place a new correct order. I was given a store credit for what I had paid and reeard points were minused. I replaced the new order using the store credit but was not assigned points. After email queries I was advised that no points are awarded for a store credit coupon which in my opinion is absurd as its my money and I deserve points If this was going to be the case, why didn't they just reverse the money to my credit card and I could've placed the new order and gotten my points back???? Ridiculous. Secondly- a promo was running where you place any order more than R2000 and get a gift valued at R450. Yes I know while stocks last, but I placed two orders in similar period and did not receive the gift. No notice was given that gifts are out of stock - or I should've been informed and I could've placed my orders with Dischem, at same price as they were running same special and received additional.cashback instead of using cosmetology?!!! To make matters worse, thirdly- this order took forever to arrive!!! #569190 order placed 29 Jan and I receive it today 7jan. I could've just ordered from Dischem with a 48hour turn around. Terribly disappointed with cosmetology. Will not recommend purchasing from them. False advertising, poor communication, ridiculous point system, misleading customers into purchases that can't be fulfilled in time and arrive without gifts- nahhh- this is just bad.
Absolutely deplorable and pathetic service. Was hit by a tornado on 3rd June 2024 that left my property in ruins. To date, going onto 3 months as of 3 September, and ABSA Insurance has not yet tended to any finalization of my claim! To make things worse, there's zero communication from them. I phone in, and I'm placed on hold for sometimes over 30minutes whilst they phone to get feedback from other departments! I was told the underwriting team was supposed to get back with additional premiums that needs payback due to a mishap from ABSA not increasing the insured value when an assessment was done back in 2020. The issue I have, is that I'm sitting without windows! It rains etc and there's further structural damage occurring. ABSA Insurance has not allowed for any temporary repairs therein. Even the temporary roof fix was a joke with the contractor just placing normal membrane over the open roof. eventually I just paid R330000 out of my credit card and privately got the roof done to preserve my structure best I can. The damp is totally soaking into walls and even insect and termite infestation has started!!! I'm furious at ABSA Insurance for dragging their feet. I'm living in utter squalor, which is also unhygienic- black mold is growing on walls and should not be breathed in but I have no choice whilst I wait for ABSA Ins to wake up!!! This is so unempatheic and inconsiderate of ABSA. During a natural disaster one would think your Insurance has your back. I'm a single female living on this property, my security is even compromised with my heath. So so disappointing
Terrible! Placed an order for pick up. Pick up was scheduled for 15 July. Date came and passed and no comms was received. After a week I call to follow up - no response. Again I call head office, no feedback. I send an email- no feedback. I call again, the agent phones back after a few days to ask if the store manager got back to me- again No. Eventually 29th July I go out of my way wasting R200 fuel, my precious time and energy into the store as I wasn't getting any feedback - I'm directed to dispatch where eventually it is found that the buyer could not source the item....all the while I'm waiting for the product with my money tied up at builders- I could have searched and purchased elsewhere if that was the case. The manager was pathetic and the poor consultant had to go to and forth over the phone with her but she not once, came to me to apologise nor show face. She left the poor guy to take my disgruntlement. Absolutely waste of time store manager at Ballito btw. She's USELESS! For a woman, and this coming from a woman, she's totally ***********. I'm so disgusted at the lack of respect for a customers time and money. Very disappointing. I'll be sure to propagate other customers not to shop there as well as online seeing as you guys can't fulfill orders.
Thoroughly upset, disgusted and infuriated by the dumb and arrogant and racist staff you employ at King Shaka international. My second incident- today . Went to parking pay terminal, and was ready to pay but the machine said paid and returned my ticket. I assumed I was there under 15mins so free parking?? But when I drove all the way to the exit, the machine said unpaid R15 and albeit shocked (with my fiance as witness), I attempted to pay with my card at the exit but it was non responsive. I called for help, and the jerk that answered told me to return to the pay terminal (like for real????), and when I asked if he was fkn kidding, he disconnected me. Then after making the guy reverse behind me and driving all the way back, wasting my fuel, got to the pay offices, and tried explaining to a lady to obviously only uses her mouth to feed herself, she arrogantly told me I did not pay for my ticket. She refused to listen to reason because she was more interested in sitting with her other 3 lazy mates in the back gossiping and stuffing faces. She told me that my ticket needed to be stamped, then blah blah blah... I eventually gave up with her stupidity and just left .... ACSA- King Shaka seems to be laden with these arrogant and dumb fools working there. They give non-blacks a helluva issue it also seems, and they get a jack out of getting under your skin. Please appoint educated and trained individuals...not incompetent fat lazy turds
