NEVER USE ARAMEX AND POSTNET! MY PARCEL IS STILL NOT DELIVERED THEY KEEP ON LYING TO ME YET THEY CHARGE RIDICULOUS PRICES! EVEN WORSE, POSTNET WILL NEVER ANSWER THEIR CALLS, I WONDER WHY THEY HAVE THEIR CONTACT DETAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE. IT'S BEEN 5 DAYS NOW FIGHTING FOR THE SAME THING BUT IT DOESN'T GET RESOLVED. POSTNET BLOEMFONTEIN I WANT MY REFUND AND MY PARCEL BACK AS IT NO LONGER SERVES IT'S PURPOSE. YOU ARE ****MERS AND CROCKS I AM SURE MY PARCEL IS EVEN LOST!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DAMAGED GOODS!
Beares Bloemfontein has the worst management who doesn't even care about their customers (they are also rude), I wouldn't advice anyone to purchase there! I purchased a DAMAGED BED in February and reported it immediately after I saw that its not in a good condition. I asked them to exchange it, they failed to do so. Now that I want my money back they are telling me that I slept on that bed so they are going to deduct a certain amount! With my hard earned money?! I'm still fighting with them even now. They are not even making efforts to communicate with me, I'm the one who should always go there. BEARES I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
