Started using Aramex a month ago, service was always prompt and progress updated , so you have a reasonable timeline in mind for customer orders being processed. My last order was a HUGE mess up on Aramex my order was submitted and ready for collection on the 19th of May... When I enquired where my package was , the consultant just advised , oh we didn't it at the depot..So for 3 days , Aramex just didn't collect the order`!!!! I went back to the store on the 3rd day and my package was still there ??? So I had to select another courier service ... wasted cost , as I had to take out my package out !! No one seems to have a explanation on why this order didn't move , or wasn't collected at all. This is really BAD service, which can not be tolerated on any level
Text, I receive, while only 1 card was used CHECK IN and CHECK OUT. We have noticed that whilst you have checked-in at Midrand Station on 23 April 2024 at 17:43 with your Contactless Bank Card, you have checked-out with a different card. As per our standard rules, a penalty of R240.00 will be deducted from your account on 26 Apr 2024. For detailed rules, please refer to the Gautrain website. I want to understand how you deduct my account whilst I checked out !! Furthermore I am still waiting for a refund that was logged 5 days ago but you are ready to charge me a penalty.
