Pathetic service from this company. Havent even had my fibre installed and they cant organise my services, costing me money because they dont read the info that i was requested to submit, they dont communicate internally, they dont know their technical information BUT just want to activate and debit my money.
Absolutely disgusting service tried calling several times to speak to a manager and the consultants read from a script the standard replies 45 mins later they cut the call. Pre authorisation manager Nathaviseng Lijojo who thinks she is from department of health is to important to speak to us disgusting from a manager We have struggled with Momentum for the past 3 months and the procedure is booked for the 6 January but the Dr and myself have given up trying to deal with this rudeness and illiterate people and the Manager
Went to the dome 7 September The used car buyer had a typical used car sales man attitude We put in an application to buy a car got the approval. 13 September no one has come out to evaluate the trade in nor does anyone call The finance lady has the odesity to call and tell us they not keeping the deal any longer as we holding up the process… when we told her that no one came out she realised her stupidity and tried to back paddle. Your people are pathetic The sales man suffer because of the managers who can’t do their job
The past month our internet goes off line for 3 hours at a time daily at certain times. Rain has the most incompenet telephone support agents. Paying for a premium service but get nothing. Afrihost is much better. I regret moving to rain.
Can someone at Vodacom with some skill resolve my issue - more then a month and you guys can resolve me query on my bill
As usual Vodacom can’t reply to a billing issue but can send you bills Charged for roaming that I never activated

I was introduced to Kapila Bhana through a very elderly client with regard to my financial advice. I called kapila and explained my needs, she was very easy and honest to speak to, she set up a meeting this morning at her offices, i explained everything, she was patient, took me through various options and for the first time i was heard and did not feel like an opportunity for a commission. First of all <br> Vodacom is ridiculous on their billing, what i signed up for and what im paying on data and calls is expensive <br> <br> Second <br> the call centre is hopeless, more worried of accommodating me for the past 4 months rather then being a loyal client since 2006 on business only <br> <br> and the signal is hopeless every time on a call the call will drop or fail <br> <br> MTN has been in contact with an offer i think i will rather give them a try <br> at this point anyone is better then Vodacom
