This company is a **** and will reap you off your hard earned money!!!! Stay away from it.They will take your money and say you owe them afterwards.be warned!!
Till this very day I have not received my refund,instead now they keep on taking me back and forth accounts says they don’t know but yet they are the ones in charge of billing.what’s really happening there ? Is this a new way of tricking people they hard earned money? I want my money!!!!
I explicitly requested for the easy pay number in order to keep my service active but one of your inexperienced consultants made sure that I do not have internet connection by sending me an incorrect link to make a payment. Now I must suffer while waiting for my money to be reimbursed , how is it fair that you hire *********** people then us as customers we have to pay the cost of their negligence. I am deeply hurt and not happy with the service as this has cost me an exam as I don’t have connection as we speak nor the funds to make the correct payment on Vuma tel.offer training to your staff and deal with Amanda decisively so.This kind of act definitely makes me reconsider to move to other isp’s really !!!not happy at all with this poor service I have recently been offered and even your accounts department is filled with unfriendly and unprofessional staff.get your ducks on the row guys. Very very disappointed!!!
Steers Chris Hani branch definitely needs serious staff intervention.The staff always has attitude towards customer and even if you have place your order online for collection you must always wait for an hour prior to you being given your order.Not to mention the poor service I always get every time on Wednesdays when I order.the ladies there are slow to even give out order or even assist to place an order, it’s like we are not there to buy with our hard earned money but we are bothering them in order to eat.The cashiers definitely will bring the Chris hani in Vosloorus franchise to the ground if the manage doesn’t investigate the attitude the staff gives to the customers.what even made me more furious that I will no longer ever buy there its the fact that thwy made me wait a whole hour for my order while it was long out and I was looking at it!!!😡😡😡😡😡
Definitely they but about to help people but **** them,Last week Friday I paid them using Capitec pay but still they set off a debit order.now they not answering my calls or emails so that they can reverse my money.They take people’s money and go into hiding.Lost over R300 airtime calling them and they not picking up.Now i will hand over everything to the SA police cause most definitely they stole my money!!!!
It’s the third time that this is happening everytime I go to Chris hani Debonairs, I would place a chicken flavoured pizza and upon receiving my order it’s meat.and on top of that the pizza I get it after waiting an hour.the service is incredibly poor, the staff is rude and they prepare food without wearing any head caps .with no disappointment the base is always burnt to almost coal.At this rate if the owner doesn’t do daily checks on his staff by end of this year he/she won’t have any customers.By 19:30 they already cleaning and not taking any orders while it clearly states that they close at 9.Top tier bad service.As for the Manager she does not have people service,very rude and thinks she is the only person important.definitely needs training on how to speak to customers.
