Stay away. Early debit dates, approval for months and suddenly declines due to "affordability and score". I will be taking this matter up with the NCR. You have placed me in a **** position after being a loyal, paying customer for months.

Third time taking a loan with PrimeLoans now, not once was I disappointed. The App is easy to navigate and payout of approved loans are effortless and quick. Ayanda is a very professional and helpful person and are always ontop of things.

At first, I was frustrated because I made a manual payment and was also debited. However, after speaking to a very friendly agent who informed me that the refund would take 3–5 working days, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the money was returned to my account immediately after the call. I truly appreciate the quick and efficient service, especially since I didn’t expect such a fast resolution. Thank you for the excellent support!

At first, I was frustrated because I made a manual payment and was also debited. Very disappointed with PrimeLoans. I took out a loan and specifically selected the repayment date as 26 May 2026. After the loan was approved, I noticed the system showed 22 May 2026 instead. When a consultant phoned me, I immediately explained that I had selected the 26th and asked her to correct it. She told me not to worry because the 22nd was “only an initiation date” and assured me it would not affect the repayment date. Now PrimeLoans has attempted to debit my account on the 22nd, leaving my bank account in a negative balance! This is completely unacceptable and caused unnecessary financial stress because of incorrect information given by their consultant. I will never use PrimeLoans again and would not recommend their services to anyone.
