If you want to be ignored and frustrated when cancelling go ahead
Absolute headache when canceling.
Even when you reach out confirm what you will be doing they ignore it and still bill you.
Ill reverse the debit order because Cain Adams doesnt read his emails.

25 May 2026, 16:23Today I received a sarcastic email from Cain Adams...with no apology for ignoring my emails.
He now accused me of not dropping off the device where as I did. This is by far the worst service I received from RSAWEB. Does Cain not have someone supervising him?... Never have I complained not receive a apology and then get accused of something by the same person I complained about
Seems like not all employees at RSAWEB is into delivering customer service. Such a shame as I will need to get fibre at my new place but with service like this It wont be with RSAWEB.
