My very first experience when joining RSA Web was terrible.... It was a constant back and forth and resending of documents over and over again, it took about 3 weeks of nagging and following up to get my connection sorted. Now, this month my installment suddenly DOUBLED and no one can explain. When Keisha Thomas eventually gets back to me she sounds like a broken record, and keep on saying the same line over and over, she is not reading my query and giving me the information I asked for. Since the 10th of May I have been trying to get answers, it is now the 28th of May and still not answering my questions.... She even sent me another customer's statement at one point when I asked for my statement..... Pathetic! I might as well cancel and switch to a different provider as I can't deal with this type of incompetence.
I have not had any internet service since 1 Feb!!!! No one answers the phone when calling for support. When they answered last week after holding for more than 20 minutes, i was told that technicians are working on the problem..... Its been 5 days since i was told that technicians are going to sort the issue..... Are they still working on the problem?? This is ridiculous!!! Am i going to be refunded for the days that YOU CANT PROVIDE THE SERVICE I PAY FOR?! I want my wifi sorted. It is disrupting work and school and it is frustrating that i cant get proper help and service!
Extremely poor network most of the time. Cant watch anything without signal getting lost. I am switching over to a different service provider. I have had enough. Really cant deal with poor signal/network all the time. Wasting my money cos I am paying for Netflix and Showmax and Prime Video etc etc each month but cant even watch it with this poor wifi network.
Fast delivery. But their customer service regarding returns and refunds and cancellations suck, to say the least. I have ordered the device and the day after receiving it, i contacted them to return the device and sim, unused. They collected the device and promised to have my money refunded. It has been two and a half weeks since they collected and my profile still shows that my account will be debited on 1 July with the subscription and i have also not received my refund or any communication from them regarding my refund. No responses to my mails and when i phoned on Monday, i was promised to be contacted by someone to assist me... it is Wednesday - still no email and no phone call.
