Pathetic Service
Pathetic service from this company. Havent even had my fibre installed and they cant organise my services, costing me money because they dont read the info that i was requested to submit, they dont communicate internally, they dont know their technical information BUT just want to activate and debit my money.

28 May 2026, 14:43I tried logging a ticket but you dont offer customer complaints. i tried your whatsup channel needless to say USELESS. I called in got pished around lookign for Fatima and Thania and Razeen ... netother of people are avaiable indefinitely. Can someone from this place call me please.
