I have no issues with Atomic
I have been with Atomic access since 2020 I cannot say that I ever had a real issue I can safely recommend Atomic to my friends. They also don't have issues When you apply for a connection and specify your details, they communicate to the installers correctly for you and everything goes smoothly

Hi Atomic Access, Thank you for assisting me in getting my Fibre connected and working after being down for almost more than 2 weeks. The only fibre ISP I would recommend in Cape Town. Personal support when things do need attention. Most of the time, other people in my area struggle but I am fine, Atomic Access is really reliable.

Atomic are hands down the best ISP I have ever dealt with
Atomic are hands down the best ISP I have ever dealt with. They are incredibly polite and go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. While the onboarding process with them a few years ago was as painless as possible, I have had zero contact with them since. Until today when our fibre line went down. While this wasn’t their fault (rather Octotel’s) I got a courtesy call while I was still busy filling out a support ticket. Not only that but the caller was again very polite and to the point and had actual technical expertise, rather than yet another generic support agent in a call centre! Our connection was restored about an hour later, with an email explanation of Octotel’s fibre issue and an estimated repair time with associated service risks. TLDR: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Atomic is truly in a league of its own
Atomic is truly in a league of its own. We had just moved into our new home when, at 08:30 the very next morning, Octotel was already there replacing my ONT. Later that same morning, my fibre was live and fully working. The team kept me informed every step of the way and even went out of their way to help resolve an issue with the previous tenant not cancelling their line. I’ve been with Atomic for over two years now, and I’m absolutely thrilled to have them connected in my new home as well. Thank you for getting, and keeping, me connected.

Atomic Access The BEST Gaming ISP in Africa!
Hey Atomic Access xD I Was thinking of asking you for a favour. i am currently with RSAWeb & Octotel Fibre in Cape Town Lakeside Marina Da Gama i have got a 1 Year contract with RSAWeb january 2027 i want to sign up with you Atomic Access.. Currently with RSAWeb when i use Looking Glasses on the internet to ping myself from Cape Town Data Centers i get The occasional Packet burst my ping spikes up to 82 milliseconds and down again to 1.550 Milliseconds.. i currently have 300 Mbps Down / 200 Mbps Upload on Octotel Fibre which i am happy with. could you offer me 300 Mbps Down / 200 Mbps Up on your network and drop the price of 300 Mbps down 200 Mbps up in january 2027 when my contract with RSAWeb is finished... i would like to know from you Atonic Access is.... do you do month to month Home Fibre or do you also tie your customers into contracts?
