Amazing Atomic Access #AAA 😁
Hi Atomic Access, Thank you for assisting me in getting my Fibre connected and working after being down for almost more than 2 weeks. Also to follow up and getting Vumatel to release the line etc. Awesome assistance from Bryan and the Team. Would recommend Atomic Access to anyone who sign up with their Fibre services.1 reply

Vumatel - NO Support and putting down phone in ear.
Horrible experience with Vumatel. Calling their call centre just to get phone put down in my ear. Would like to get my fibre connected at my home been without fibre and no updates from Vumatel.4 replies

Worst Customer service. Line canceled with no explanation.
Worst help. No one can help me find out who canceled my line. My line was canceled without any notice. Will never trust their service anymore. Going to cancel my service have been having trouble for too long.2 replies

No Customer service
Not happy. Waiting now and ongoing since 30th of October. Just to get my line released and with all the correct documents still no one can tell me who the previous ISP and if the line is released. Only get the same excuse1 reply

Very Poor Vodacom Service
Good day, Received very poor service via Vodacom. Wanted to cancel 3 contracts at vodacom since May 2021. All they say is will be canceled but never does. Do not use Vodacom for any LTE services2 replies

Worst service at Southern Center Post Office Bloemfontein!
Worst service ever at (Southern Center Post Office Bloemfontein)!!! Had all the valid documentation and had verified at the person in front that everything was in fact ready to collect. Other person then stands in say no nothing is correct with the worst behavior towards customers. Waited 30min in line for nothing.0 replies
