From the first contact in March 2026 I have been in contact with real people! They are knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. As of the first of April I moved to Atomic and the transition was super smooth. It was less than a minute just to enter the details in my router and I was on-line again. As they only do fibre internet connection and I needed also a VoIP connection, they recommended Switch Telecom and they are just as good as Atomic. I can understand why they recommended them.

New setup is great. We placed an order to get our Octotel fibre reconnected at 19h45, and we got online the very next day before lunch! Nick, one of the cofounders, went out of his way to help and make sure our WiFi was working. Thank you!!

I have been with Atomic access since 2020 I cannot say that I ever had a real issue I can safely recommend Atomic to my friends. They also don't have issues When you apply for a connection and specify your details, they communicate to the installers correctly for you and everything goes smoothly

Hi Atomic Access, Thank you for assisting me in getting my Fibre connected and working after being down for almost more than 2 weeks. Also to follow up and getting Vumatel to release the line etc. Awesome assistance from Bryan and the Team. Would recommend Atomic Access to anyone who sign up with their Fibre services.

The only fibre ISP I would recommend in Cape Town. Personal support when things do need attention. Most of the time, other people in my area struggle but I am fine, Atomic Access is really reliable.
