I am so tired of this guys Rain what are you guys doing, yesterday you did two debit orders on my account why guys , I spoke to John from your customer service and promised he will send me an email so i can send my bank statement still nothing, Guys this economy we in is tough already and you taking my money that i need to feed on why i need my payment today guys no maan and month end i am cancelling this account I cant do this anymore with you guys

Rain does not cancel old device when you upgrade to 101 pro. And so at month end we get billed double. How is it when you UPGRADE from one device to another, then the older device is not automatically cancelled? Pure Dumbness! Rain, please get it right - for once! Call me urgently.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have been with Rain for 2 years, and while the first year was acceptable, the past 6+ months have been an absolute nightmare. I work from home and rely on stable internet to earn a living, yet I pay R850 a month for what is advertised as “premium” uncapped 5G service that barely functions. Every single day is a battle. Full bars, 5G connected, “internet available”, yet nothing loads, calls drop constantly, meetings disconnect, and basic browsing becomes impossible. This is not an occasional issue; it is a daily occurrence. At this point, the service is borderline unusable. What makes this even worse is the blatant avoidance when customers try to leave. Rain conveniently does not provide direct cancellation contact details. You are forced to request a callback, which I have done over 20 times in the last 2 months. Not once has anyone from cancellations contacted me. Yet the moment I request a callback pretending to be interested in a new product, they phone almost immediately, even after business hours. That alone tells you exactly where their priorities lie. I have now ******* my way into speaking to their sales department 3 separate times just to beg for help cancelling my account. Every single time I was promised someone from cancellations would contact me. Every single time, nothing happened. No callback. No assistance. No accountability. This company’s behaviour is dishonest, manipulative, and incredibly *********. They are more than happy to continue taking your money while failing to provide the service you are paying for, and then they make the cancellation process intentionally difficult so customers feel trapped. I will be escalating this matter to the ombudsman because I am beyond exhausted dealing with this company. Avoid Rain at all costs. Their service is unreliable, their support is practically non-existent, and their business practices are deeply questionable. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Hi My name is Phindi Mwelase. I had an account with Rain for the past 2 years , however I've decided to cancel my account as I was no longer happy with their service. On the 19th of May 2026 I called Rain and and spoke to one of the consultants asking her for a cancellation on my account. I also asked her to stop the debit on my account as I will no longer be receiving their services and she agreed to cancelling everything and to my surprise Rain debited my account again this month. I called them on the 25th May 2026 to enquire and I spoke to a lady by the name Jane, She promised to escalate the matter and request for a refund she even said I will be refunded on the 27th May but now everytime, I call its one story after another everyday. Rain please don't be ****** refund me my money R570 and R140 REFERENCE 47774223.

If you like paying full price for zero internet and maximum disrespect, this is the company for you. My connection has been failing daily since January. Their support structure is a joke. First, you have to battle a generic AI Bot just to get a ticket logged. Then, when a human finally calls you, they act more like robots than the AI. They refuse to listen to what you've already diagnosed, ignoring you completely to stick to their rigid, useless support processes. To top it all off, a consultant named Julie called me today and literally HUNG UP on me mid-sentence because she didn't want to hear about how badly the company has failed to resolve my issue. The sheer rudeness and "we already have your money, so who cares" attitude is staggering. It’s not a tower issue. It’s a hardware or systemic issue that nobody is qualified enough to fix. Absolute joke of a business. Avoid at all costs.
