Please Rain, please tell my why my internet speeds is below 1mb again? Please tell me. I am so sick of this nonsense
My weekly check in with Rain. Once again, a line speed of 3mbs and I am paying for 30mbs. Before anyone asks, no I was not credited for the useless internet I have experienced the last month. Full payment was debited from my account. I guess my threat fell on deaf ears so I will be seeking another service provider and end this relationship with Rain. You cannot provide what I am paying for. Calling me is not going to sort out the issue. Been there, done that. It didn't help. You have too many users and cannot supply the demand that everyone requires. See ya Rain
Once again I have the worst internet imaginable to mankind. This is honestly becoming a weekly problem. Last time I spoke to a lady from your Hellopeter complaints department and she told me to move the router and face it to our nearest tower. Wonderful lady but I don't remember her name. This was done and tonight I am struggling with internet again. Will I be reimbursed for the shoddy internet I have had this month? No I won't. The next time I have pathetic internet, you will receive my notice to cancel. I cannot continue with this service
My previous complaint was deleted. My complaint relates to slow speed and Rain asked me to send my address. I will send it in a private reply as we still have pathetic internet
Again poor internet connection. It rains a little and Rain cannot keep up. This is very frustrating.
My internet speeds have been absolutely atrocious the last few weeks. The first time it sorted itself out. Now since last night my speed is below 3mb on a 30mb line. Chat to your bot on Whatsapp and Rain cannot connect remotely to reboot. Surely that should tell you that there is something wrong. I have switched the router on and off on multiple occasions, and this does not resolve the issue. I don't need to move the router as it is in the same place it always is. Please sort this out. I am paying for a 30mb line.

I jave tried to search for something like it on My Rain and Raingo but those invoices and statements does not give the usage. I need the GIGS per month for a year. Account 50706468 Here we go again Rain. After a few months of semi decent internet, tonight we switch between servers in Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban. Latency and ping is through the roof. I get 2mb on a 25mb line. This is so frustrating
I asked from the start of March for a payment break. Submitted the employer letter and thereafter told I need to submit an affidavit too. NO WHERE ON THE INITIAL EMAIL DOES IT SAY AN EMPLOYER LETTER AAAANNNDD AFFIDAVIT. I have sent 3 emails to Debtbusters asking for feedback, only to be ignored. I will continue to post complaints until this is sorted out
Account 50706468. Here we go again Rain. Pathetic services for the last 2 days with no communication on why. I am currently off sick and need to work from home but alas my internet is so Pathetic I can barely do that. Let me guess...it's the tower near me right Rain? Sort out your issues Rain
