I am so tired of this guys Rain what are you guys doing, yesterday you did two debit orders on my account why guys , I spoke to John from your customer service and promised he will send me an email so i can send my bank statement still nothing, Guys this economy we in is tough already and you taking my money that i need to feed on why i need my payment today guys no maan and month end i am cancelling this account I cant do this anymore with you guys
I would like to understand why did you guys debit account when that account was closed last year already, I am about to lose it , you guys are playing in my account, and I will start taking legal actions now for this.
This company bores me for real, I dont know what you are doing there in your offices in Durban, but you are forcing me to take legal actions now, I asked you guys to cancel this nonesense and you stated my term date has come to end and this was communicated already on the 8th Jan , I paid you and you went ahead and debited my account and stated that was my last debit, frustrated i was I let that slide on top of that I requested that you send me a paid up letter and your agent stated the account is cancelled and i can request that later in the month, Yesterday i am seeing your debit order, For what guys, are you guys crazy, you are messing with my credit score and you messing with the wrong person, I will not tolerate this nonsense now! **** you are exploiting people!
All I can say here there is nothing to enjoy, Dstv/ Multi-choice made a bad idea with joining with this company, Ever since i started with they contract nothing has ever worked till today, I am not happy with your service and wouldn't recommend to anyone. One minute the consultants says something the next the information changes. Even the decoder that was delivered was not working , delayed service , poor service. no more!
At this moment I am ****ed off , I was trying to tolerate your bad networks on weekends but now Im fed up, I have been trying to update new banking details on the 20th June and your system failed to update my banking details I tried to do this 3 times But instead it changed my debit order date. So my debit order went off on the 24 June so i assumed it failed to update only to find out it debited again on the 1st of July . I called they c\c and they Team leader Carla something stated he cant refund me because I changed my debit date , So when i asked why did they debit then on the 24th June, he stated I am a Postpaid client which I dont understand.. And then he hanged up on me, What customer service is this. There is no accountability whatsoever. Im never using this network! You dont call back your customers.

good day I have been calling about the same thing every month since last year December , at first the installations of the kitchen units were incompletely done and the stove was installed in an incorrect manner every night time we cook we cant use the stove because of the underneath wood that's burning when we switch on the stove nd we have been reporting this For God sake what must I do ... every month I must pay my account nd I make sure I don't miss any payments but this is the service m getting
