On Air deducting way after the account was settled.
i have been trying with no luck to get my refund back which they deducted now in March, for a decoder that was full paid in May 2025, i feel they are ******* and if i do not receive my money back i will go and open a theft case as this in not right, i owe them nothing... worst part they keep telling you, you will get a call soon and nobody calls you. i will fight this to the bitter end.

On Air tv company, refusal to pay back my money
I bought a DSTV Explorer that comes with an internet connection in November 2025, and it was delivered in December 2025. But I found that the agreement I had with the salesperson was different from what was delivered to me, so I called them, informing them that I wanted to cancel, and I paid R400 for the return of the device, as they had requested me to do so. But they keep on debiting my account from December 2025 to January 2026. And we agreed that they will refund my money on the 14th of March 2026. I called them today again, but no one is giving a clear answer on what's going to happen with my refund.

Good day. I would like to voice my disappointment with the manner in which On Air is just doing as they please with my money again. I wrote here last month about this and they promised to contact me - which never happened, what they did was take my money again. I cannot keep losing money like this. I owe them nothing yet they keep taking my money...why?

COMPLAINT ON -AIR TV FAILED SERVICE-NOT CANCELLING DEBICHECK MANDATE AFTER CONTRACT ENDED INOCTOBER 2025
Unhappy with ON AIR TV Billing. My contract ended in October 2025, yet they are still charging me R239.00 every month. I have written multiple e-mails and telephone calls to end the DebiCheck mandate, so no further debit orders go through. They come back saying that they have requested for the debits to be stopped. Yet the debit orders keep running. They already debited for November, December, January, February and today also March 2026. They refunded November and December, always waiting for one full month. I have still not received January and February 2026 refunds. They always have the excuse for waiting period 14 days to clear and another 14 days to pay. January premium collected on 14 January 2026 is still outstanding, not to mention February 2026. Now March 2026 has been debited today. Nedbank cannot help. In November, I tried to reverse the payment. They charged me R75.00 for this action saying that this is valid for 3 months. Then few days later a forced debit was put through. I wrote to On Air TV advising that they did not cancel the mandate thus more debits have gone through. In my last e-mail followed by telephonic conversation, I advised them that they are *********** as they cannot even sort out this problem, and if the debit order continued, I would put through a complaint on Hellopeter. They assured me that it would be sorted and that I should not go ahead with the complaint. Here we are after 5 months of this struggle, there is no resolution. They are still debiting my account and after all the waiting and delays, not even interest is paid on the arrears. For the first 3 months they used one ticket number, and now after every e-mail or telephone call they issue a new ticket number. Therefore, I am obliged to publish this review today, as I cannot tolerate any more of this nonsense where they are messing up my budget.

I PAID THIS COMPANY FINISH IN NOVEMBER 2025.... I HAVE ALL PAPERWORK TO CONFIRM BUT YET UNTIL NOW THEY DEBIT MY TYME BANK ACCOUNT..... YET TYME ALSO TELLS ME THEY CANNOT STOP THE DEBIT ORDER..... I take out a dstv explora contract with them in Feb 2024. It included a takealot voucher of R1000.00. Up till date I didn't recieve any voucher even after numerous calls and emails. I was first been told the voucher was in the box even though it was not there,then they told me they will send it via sms,email and whatsapp. They even told me that my email was wrongly capture on their system thats why I didn't recieve the voucher.Everytime when they reply its about escalating the matter to an agent.

I take out a dstv explora contract with them in Feb 2024. It included a takealot voucher of R1000.00. Up till date I didn't recieve any voucher even after numerous calls and emails.
