Good day a sales consultant called me from on air tv i agreed but something told me immediately to check their reviews as i checked it i saw bad reviews i immediately cancelled it but they sent the decorder i have taken out the decorder but have not used it.i have told them to collect it whereby they want a 400r from they have taken my money from my account claiming i owe them 7145.for something i have not used.Please can you assist me i think this is really unfair

I actually want to give them zero stars. Investigations must be done in this company, seriously. Like other people who have complained before, I purchased a decoder with them on contract. Contract ended in February this year, however they've been deducting R115 from my account ever since and I don't know what it is for. This needs to stop!

Purchased a new decoder from OnAir TV. The full amount was settled as per contract agreement. The company after numerous calls, emails en WhatsApp messages still deduct the debit order from my account. The bank canβt reverse these debit orders as the debit orders are blocked by OnAir TV or so called Debicheck debit orders. Advise not to make use of this company. Leonie Boshoff

These idiots don't even see deserve a damn star. They are ****** ****s. They sold me the DStv streama which was supposed to be R189 but today I found out they have been debiting more than a thousand Rand with different transactions. I have contacted them a million times about a cancellation of that stupid device that doesn't even work. It has never worked yet they keep on deducting money on my account. They don't reply to any messages or emails. DO NOT BUY ANY OF Their devices. ****** ****mers. I want my money

I have had no dealings with them, didn't even know they existed. But suddenly I have a debit order being processed which I immediately stopped. Do since December 2024 I have been trying to get them to resolve this. I do not have their decoder, they admitted that it was not delivered to me, yet my credit rating is impacted by this. These people sold me a device based on lies! I have been calling to cancel and they gave me the run around now they are telling me I am liable to pay for the device until the end of the 24 months π... I am so ****ed R200 for a device that is just laying here! I am ****ed off π€ do not use their services at all!
