I actually want to give them zero stars. Investigations must be done in this company, seriously. Like other people who have complained before, I purchased a decoder with them on contract. Contract ended in February this year, however they've been deducting R115 from my account ever since and I don't know what it is for. This needs to stop!
I logged a complaint on the 04 May 2026, and I only got a call today, on the 27th of May. And my complaint is partially resolved.
