I have been calling to cancel and they gave me the run around now they are telling me I am liable to pay for the device until the end of the 24 months 🙃... I am so ****ed R200 for a device that is just laying here! I am ****ed off 😤 do not use their services at all!

Looks like this is my platform for communication I recently posted here about my vehicle standing at the mechanic for a month after sharing I got assistance and received my vehicle but little did I know the next day the cars fan wasn't working the check oil and water light was on even after I filled both and when traveling on a steep the vehicle looses power I asked for a trade in rather because it was senseless to be spending money on a car that is standing in my yard or at the mechanics, they asked me to choose a car and then communication died. Does anyone from Webuycars know how the process is supposed to work please can you assist me
I purchased a vehicle from Webuycars Silverlakes and since I collected the car it has given me problems, now I have to run around to have it fixed the sales person doesn't communicate with me and I don't know where I stand or when I am going to get my vehicle back, they said a manager would call me it's been over a month and I still haven't heard anything this has been the most disgusting service I've ever received I mean I'm paying for this car I didn't get it for free. I'm looking for someone to assist me urgently
I would just like to encourage everyone to NEVER support or make use of this service provider, I purchased a phone via customer care the first thing I told the agent was that I wanted to make my prepaid number my main contact number long story short they ended up deleting my number, after numerous back and forth with agents as well as going to cell c store they finally managed to assist me. After fixing my number the brand new phone went blank and I took it to cell c it has been two months with no feedback every month they take my money they didn't even offer me a loan phone I have to borrow a phone I missing out on everything. If anyone can advise me what I can do to have this issue resolved I contacted ICASA with no success, I have left numerous complaints on the Cell C email I even requested head office's number and no one that works there can assist me I have various numbers I received from consultants I can even provide their names I am still waiting for the managers who are constantly busy to give me a call back. I have had enough with this pathetic service provider they deduct their money every month without fail but I am not benefitting even if I can get a good lawyer's number I am ready to go that route
