UPGRADED TO 101 PRO AND RAIN DOES NOT CANCEL OLD DEVICE-THEY DOUBLE BILLED US INSTEAD!
Rain does not cancel old device when you upgrade to 101 pro. And so at month end we get billed double. How is it when you UPGRADE from one device to another, then the older device is not automatically cancelled? Pure Dumbness! Rain, please get it right - for once! Call me urgently.
