If you like paying full price for zero internet and maximum disrespect, this is the company for you.
My connection has been failing daily since January. Their support structure is a joke. First, you have to battle a generic AI Bot just to get a ticket logged. Then, when a human finally calls you, they act more like robots than the AI. They refuse to listen to what you've already diagnosed, ignoring you completely to stick to their rigid, useless support processes.
To top it all off, a consultant named Julie called me today and literally HUNG UP on me mid-sentence because she didn't want to hear about how badly the company has failed to resolve my issue. The sheer rudeness and "we already have your money, so who cares" attitude is staggering.
It’s not a tower issue. It’s a hardware or systemic issue that nobody is qualified enough to fix. Absolute joke of a business. Avoid at all costs.
