April and May 2025 I called rain countless times advising to cancel their service after billing me a full month when their service was down and being told I would not be billed which was a lie 20 May 2025 I received a called after a post on Hello Peter explained myself again to RAIN she advised she would arrange collection for the router and raise a escalation for the account to be canceled.
My goodness to date NOTHING.. RAIN I AS EXPLAINED COUNTLESS TIMES TELEPHONICALLY I WILL NOT PAY ANY FEES STOP INVOICING ME FOR YOUR ***** UP. DEAL YOUR MESS. I WILL NOT CALL AFTER YOU AND LISTEN TO LIES. GO ASK ALL PERSONS THAT DEALT WITH THIS MATTER WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN RESOLVED MAY 2025
