April and May 2025 I called rain countless times advising to cancel their service after billing me a full month when their service was down and being told I would not be billed which was a lie 20 May 2025 I received a called after a post on Hello Peter explained myself again to RAIN she advised she would arrange collection for the router and raise a escalation for the account to be canceled. My goodness to date NOTHING.. RAIN I AS EXPLAINED COUNTLESS TIMES TELEPHONICALLY I WILL NOT PAY ANY FEES STOP INVOICING ME FOR YOUR ***** UP. DEAL YOUR MESS. I WILL NOT CALL AFTER YOU AND LISTEN TO LIES. GO ASK ALL PERSONS THAT DEALT WITH THIS MATTER WHY HAS IT NOT BEEN RESOLVED MAY 2025
THE MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER, THEY WERE QUICK TO CONVINCE MY HUSBAND WHY WE SHOULD JOIN DEBT REVIEW JOINTLY. TODAY WE ARE A COMPLETE MESS BECAUSE OF MSD CONSULTING JOINT MSD IN JUNE, THEY CALLED SAYING EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER. IN THE MEANTIME IT WAS NOT. MY VEHICLES ACCOUNT WAS NEVER CONCLUDED, THEY TOOK ON THEMSELVES TO SHORT PAY THE VEHICLE. RECEIVED LETTERS FROM THE BANK OF TERMINATION NOTIFIED MSD THEY SHIFTED BLAME TO THE BANK WHEN THEY WERE 100% AT FAULT. TODAY I AM FIGHTING TO KEEP A CAR THAT WAS NEVER IN ARREARS. THE BANK MADE IT KNOWN TO ME THAT MSD KNEW WHAT THEY FAILED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE LETTERS FROM THE BANJ STATING THE CAR IS UNDER DEBT REVIEW. I HAVE BEEN CALLED BY MSD THE BANK IS WRONG WE GOT THIS. I AM ****ED OFF AND ANGRY . WHEN CALLING THEY WANNA PLAY DEFENSE. WHEN THEY HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY WRONG. I TOLD ILHAAM TELEPHONICALLY AND THROUGH EMAILS MSD CONSULTING I WILL HOLD LIABLE TO PAY UP THE ARREARS. TO DATE NO ANSWER, THEY MADE ME LOOK LIKE A FOOL TELLING THE BANK THEY AT FAULT UNTIL THE BANK PROVIDED ME WITH EVIDENCE THEY ARE NOT. THE BANK FURTHER NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE PAYMENT FOR NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER. NOTIFIED MSD, THEIR RESPONSE THE PAYMENT WAS MADE WITH THE WRONG REFERENCE. WHAT THE HELL. AND STILL NOT FIXED, REQUESTED PROOF OF AMENDMENT TO PROVIDE IT TO THE BANKS COLLECTION TEAM AS I WAS HANDED OVER DUE THE ARREARS CAUSED BY MSD.. NO RESPONSE TO DATE. I TOLD MSD STRAIGHT YOU CANNOT BE PAYING THE AMOUNT YOU PAYING WHEN THE ARREARS IS STILL NOT BEING PAID. I HAVE BEEN SENDING MAILS CALLING.. AT THIS POINT I AM TAKING MSD TO COURT FOR THE ARREARS, I TRIED EVERYTHING WITH MSD NOW I AM FEED AND ****ED OFF YOU PLACED ME IN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND REFUSE TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH MY LAWYERS. YOU WILL PAY THE ARREARS OF 20 700 AND STILL COUNTING MSD CONSULTING CAUSED. TO ANYONE READING DO NOT USE MSD CONSULTING AT ALL
Ridiculous, Pathetic, Poor, inconsiderate and *********** service BEEN CALLING RAIN CALL CENTER FOR THREE WEEKS NOW DUE TO NO NETWORK. MY SIM IS NO LONGER WORKING. IT TAKES A CUSTOMER TO CALL AND GET TOLD. YOUR TOWER IS UNDER MAINTENANCE AND TO DATE IT IS STILL UNDER MAINTENANCE . I AM PAYING FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT USING. THE CALL CENTER AGENTS CONFIDENTIALITY SAYS THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO TO HELP YOU ... IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE I CAN HELP YOU. I MENTIONED TO ALL OF THEM A MANAGER AND HEAD MUST CALL ME. CALL IN AGAIN AS NO ONE CALLED ONLY TO BE TOLD NOTHING WAS LOADED ABOUT MY REQUEST ON THE RAIN SYSTEM. VERY UPSET MONDAY I WOKE UP AND MY WIFI WAS OFF ONLY TO CALL AND FIND OUT MY DEBIT DATE AS BEEN CHANGED DUE TO A SYSTEM ERROR. VERY UPSET I ADVISED THE AGENT TO AMEND THE DATE BACK TO THE DATE IT HAS ALWAYS HAS BEEN. ASKING WHAT HAPPENS NOW CAUSE THE AMOUNT IS NOT CORRECT AND WAS TOLD THEY CANNOT AMEND IT AS THE AMOUNT OWING HAS TO FIRST BE PPAD. AND SHOULD NORT WORRY. MAD AS HELL, I ASKED WHO AUTHORSIED THAT THE DATE SHOULD BE CHAGED?.. THE AGENT APOLOGIZED ADVSING IT COULD HAVE BEEN A SYSTEM ERROR. GUARANTEED THAT THE DEBIT WILL GO OFF ON THE CORRECT DATE. MONDAY I RECEIEVED A SMS STATING A DEBIT ORDER WILL GO. CALLED AGAIN AND WAS ADVISE WITH A APOLOGY THAT THE PAYMENT DATE AS PER THE SYSTEM IS AS I REQUESTED AND SHOULD IGNORE THE SMS. RECIEVED ANOTHER SMS THAT THE PAYMENT FAILED, CALLED IN AGAIN FRUSTARTED SAME STORY, SAME RESULT. CHECKED MY BANK ACCOUNT TO SEE IF THE PAYMENT WENT OFF NOTHING TRIED MAKING THE PAYMENT WAS TOLD I CANNOT AND SHOULD CALL IN. CALLED IN AGAIN ONLY TO BE TOLD THE BILLING DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED, WHEN I ASKED WHAT HAPPENS NOW MY ACCOUNT AS THEY AMOUNT BROUGHT FORWARD IS NOT CORRECT. THE AGNET REPLY'S I DO NOT KNOW. CALLED IN AGAIN ASKING WHY THE PAYMENT IS SAYING FAILED WHEN FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE WAS TOLD THE DATE SHOW'S THE FIRST AND FAILED PAYMENT ON THE SYSTEM. THE AGAENT THEN ADVISE SHE CANNOT DO MUCH AS BILLING NEEDS TO GET INVOLVE. SO ****ED OF AT THE HOW THIS MATTER HAS BEEN DEALT I WILL. READING MY NOTIFCATION IT STILL SHOW FAILED PAYMENT AFTER I CONFIRMED WITH RAIN THE ACCOUNT NUMBER, HOW THE HELLL IS THE PAYMENT STILL FAILING??????????? I regret being a telkom customer, timeless I had issues with the services. I decided to use their online service and a make a payment which before my debit date. When I made the online payment I got a online invoice which which was different from the amount i normally pay I then called and was advised it is ok for me to pay that amount I then paid the online invoice. A few days later i went on my app only to find out the online invoice was false, I then paid the difference and called the call center they advised me it will take sometime to reflect and that with online it immediately will I explained to them the reason why I am paying sooner then my debit date is because I am going on holiday and do not want to keep the money pending in my account Today I get a invoice with charges as they debit my account and their was a rejection fee. I paid them before the debit date which also reflected and because of their weak service they charging me rejection fees For the past year I have been with Telkom I regret being a telkom customer and will not recommend anyone to Telkom When I call center all they can say is sorry we need to investigate really they debit my account three times and when I advise them I will reverse my money back. They advise me I cannot, Though the contract are avoidable I will not advise anyone to join Telkom. Their service is horrific!!!!!!
Went to pay my account at the Russell store in Southgate . Asked for assistance as there was no employee's at the payment section, was told they will assist me shortly. Waited over 15 minutes. Went directly to the employers asked for assistance again, than got an attitude to say I must go do my payment at Hi-fy. Ask why was not informed?, instead I am waiting for over 15 minutes. Got a bad response from the employee's (ladies) sitting because they were having lunch? Went to a gentlemen that was working at the store as well and asked for the manager but manager was not present at that appointed time. As the gentlemen called and asked the ladies to assist at payment they screamed out AAAARRRG NO.<br> I am not pleased at the service I have got at the Russell store in Southgate at all. I have never got such BAD SERVICE ever. The POOR and RUDE service I got was disgusting. <br>
