I'm currently disappointed with the service I have received at Russells Mookgophong, I bought Wardrope on Saturday the 23 May 2026 and promised that it will be delivered by the 26 May 2026, but still nothing, I bought this because I have a function at home and I need it urgently. if they didn't have stock they should have informed me on time, these must be delivered today or money back, the treatment is insane.

Account Number: 23615416 I initially purchased a bed and other things in 2022 and have been making payments consistently for two years without missing any instalments. I was recently contacted and informed that my account, which I understood to be closed, is now in arrears by R1,900. I find this concerning and would appreciate it if you could urgently investigate this matter and provide clarification. I bought this bed at Russells online the Cozy night Monarch Double bed, honestly im so disappointed with the quality of the mattress what a waist of my money its so uncomfortable the springs are just too much . The noise the bed be making is crazy especially because the bed is still new

I app**** for credit at Russells early April and was approved as i wanted to purchase a couch. The saleslady called me a few times to come in and purchase but i wasn't sure as to which couch i wanted. Later in April i knew which couch i wanted so i went to the Russells Pmb Main Street store I had a look at the couch they didn't have it on the sales floor so the sales lady googled it on her PC and I showed her the one i wanted. She said they have it she then checked if my credit application was still available but it had expired. I again asked her if they have the couch she said they did so I told her i will come back after work to reapply for credit as i was on my lunch break. This is April 28 I went back after work she processed the application and said it was declined. I left the store on my way home I decided that i want to lay-by the couch so i drove back it was 5:10pm she said I can't do a lay-by because they cashup at 4.45pm. WHY ADVERSTISE CLOSING TIMES AT 6PM WHEN YOU CASHUP AT 4:45PM? I went back the next day April 29 to do the lay-by she then told me the cost of the delivery I said that's fine i will do the lay-by. NOW AFTER ALL THE RUNNING UP AND DOWN she tells me "THEY DON'T HAVE STOCK" I asked her so if my credit application was approved yesterday how was i going to get the couch. She then denies telling me that she said they had stock. She and the manager are then having a conversation in ZULU in front of me as if I'm not there. I had to ask the manager what was she saying . She says the sales lady said she didn't tell me she had stock. I asked her why would i be coming to the store so many times if she told me she didn't have stock. the Manager has the audacity to tell me "IT'S MY WORD AGAINST HERS" The staff are absolutely unprofessional and don't care about the customer likes it's like you must take any couch as long as they make a sale.. Both the saleslady and the manager need customer training. PLEASE VIEW YOUR CAMERA FOOTAGE AND SEE HOW I'M STANDING THERE WHILST THE TWO OF THEM ARE COMMUNICATING IN ZULU. I did purchase a couch from Russells previously but didn't receive this pathetic service. I will not return to this branch.

Russells double-debited my account today, 11 May, despite a payment on 4 May. Their technical error has left me stranded with R0 for transport to my job.Being told they won’t able to refund my own money is unacceptable. I demand an immediate manual EFT refund today. Worst store ever, don't buy here. 18 March 2026 I orderd 2 beds on their Russells website 20 March 2026 * 1 bed was faulty so i laid a complaint for exchange. 25 March 2026 * I sent a picture and a video showing the faulty bed to Pepcor Crc Team on WhatsApp no. 067 384 4461 9 April 2026 *Lodged formal complaint to ecom * Received email from Itumeleng Phiri * I chose to proceed with collection and a full refund. 18 April 2026 * After multiple WhatsApp communications, the bed was collected by the same people who delivered the beds and they did confirm that the bed is indeed faulty. * They said they'll be taking the bed to the warehouse. *They took pictures of the bed and asked me to sign on their phone. 4 May 2026 * After multiple WhatsApp communications, i was told that the refund is delaying because the bed was authorized for an exchange and now they need to block the exchange sales order in order for refund to be processed. Sleepmasters has been calling me since 4 May 2026 till date to come and collect the faulty bed but the bed has already been collected on the 18 April 2026. They say they receive emails for them to collect the bed and they have not been told that the bed has already been collected. My child doesn't have a bed and he's sleeping on the floor.

I haved ordered a bed online on the 3rd of May I received a message that the bed will be delivered on the 6th of May and it was never delivered. I have contacted them multiple times all I hear is that the matter has been escalated and they will contact me with no one contacting me at all we are on the 8th now I am still waiting.
