Disgusted in the poor service

I haved ordered a bed online on the 3rd of May I received a message that the bed will be delivered on the 6th of May and it was never delivered. I have contacted them multiple times all I hear is that the matter has been escalated and they will contact me with no one contacting me at all we are on the 8th now I am still waiting. This is the worst service received do not purchase anything from them they *****!!
