Disgusted in the poor service
I haved ordered a bed online on the 3rd of May I received a message that the bed will be delivered on the 6th of May and it was never delivered. I have contacted them multiple times all I hear is that the matter has been escalated and they will contact me with no one contacting me at all we are on the 8th now I am still waiting. This is the worst service received do not purchase anything from them they *****!!

My Experience With Ford – Very Disappointed
We took our bakkie for its second service of the year on 18 September 2025. Since the vehicle is out of warranty, we paid cash for a full service. When we got the bakkie back, it had an oil leak. We returned it in the first week of October, and were told the leak was “just spilled oil they didn’t clean.” On 29 October 2025, the bakkie broke down. When we contacted Ford, we were told they couldn’t assist because the vehicle was out of warranty — even though it had just been in for a full service. We later found out the fuel filter was not changed, despite paying for a full service, and there was an over-fuelling injector issue that should have been picked up during the service or when we returned the vehicle. We tried to raise complaints, but nothing came from it. Overall, I am extremely disappointed in the service received and will not be returning to Ford. Sharing this so others can be aware and double-check their service work.

Very poor service
The worst place to order from, I ordered a Valentine's day gift to be delivered four days ahead which was the 10th of February, on Wednesday the 14th of February when the order should have taken place they had dispatched it to the wrong city, supposedly to be Gauteng it ended in PE, they apologized and confirmed it will definitely be delivered the 15th of February, and up to date the 16th of February 8pm it still have not been delivered. It’s a waste of money for poor service they promise to fix the problem but nothing gets done!! Disappointing and disgusted with them and will never recommend them to help you to make someone feel special by delivering a gift because they will never receive it!!!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
