Double-debited
Russells double-debited my account today, 11 May, despite a payment on 4 May. Their technical error has left me stranded with R0 for transport to my job.Being told they won’t able to refund my own money is unacceptable. I demand an immediate manual EFT refund today. I have already reported this to the CGSO0 replies
