Double debit orders
I am so tired of this guys Rain what are you guys doing, yesterday you did two debit orders on my account why guys , I spoke to John from your customer service and promised he will send me an email so i can send my bank statement still nothing, Guys this economy we in is tough already and you taking my money that i need to feed on why i need my payment today guys no maan and month end i am cancelling this account I cant do this anymore with you guys

We submitted the bank statement to our billing team, and they advised that only one payment of R575.00 has been received on the account.
They have recommended that you liaise with your bank to obtain an updated bank statement reflecting that both payments were successfully debited from your account, as the current statement reflects the transactions as pending.
