I have been trying to cancel my subscription with your company for quite some time now. My contract ended a while ago, yet you are still refusing to cancel the subscription. What is even more frustrating is that whenever I request a copy of the contract showing both the start and end dates, you only send documents showing the start date. Where is the end date? A proper contract should clearly state both the commencement and termination dates. This situation is extremely concerning and unprofessional, especially considering that I have continued paying for more than three years. I would appreciate this matter being resolved immediately. On top of this, customer service is very poor. I want out please!!!

This business really doesn't care about its customers does it! As long as it's debiting our bank account it is satisfied & our concerns are not listened to. I had enough today. I've blocked the debit order to this company bc despite 6 months or my asking it to stop debiting my account on 25 or 26 of a month - it continued & continues to do so - with not even a single acknowledgement of my aggravation

I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Matrix. I was charged additional fees for the MyPanic App service, which I was originally informed was included as part of the Silver Package when I signed up. To make matters worse, the app was not even functioning properly. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was transferred to the services department, where I was met by a very rude and dismissive consultant. Instead of listening to my concern about being charged for a non-functional service, she simply stated that the app was only free for a 30-day trial period after sign-up. However, these charges are still appearing on my latest invoice. In addition, I previously requested that my debit order date be changed to the 25th, yet it has taken months for this change to be updated on your system. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable.I moved from another tracking company expecting better service from Matrix, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, then I no longer wish to continue doing business with your company.

A consultant from Mix Telematics or Beame or Matrix called me before the end of last month trying to sell me add on services with my tracking on my wifes car. Now I got this call while in a noisy convenient store and with my hearing issues and the noise on the shop I activated this add on's by mistake. Now after I sent the debit order back that went up with almost R100 and cancelling the add ons by phone and by mail maybe 20 times they still went ahead and debited my bank account with the original amount of R106.00 and a day later agin with the extra almost R100.00 which I the sent back and cancelled again. now today I got a sms from this *********** lot telling me I need to pay R205.00 into mthier account. Unbelieveable !!! I called tyheir accounts department and spoke to another consultant who then dropped the pone in my ear when she heard that Im very upset. I am on the point on cancelling my whole agreement with them and to go over to a tracking company who is really interested in serving their customers and not only for the money !! I will never ever refer anyone to make use of their service again if this is their attitude !!

I am disgusted at the service received from this company! I have been paying faithfully on a monthly, i go on to the app and find that the service is blocked. I have tried to call, I cannot get through, I emailed and waited... Well I am waiting from the 4th of April. I just want to know which month I missed according to them so I can send proof of payment, but man it is difficult. Ever ready to take money but never ready to provide the service people are paying for. Disgusting.
