I am disgusted at the service received from this company! I have been paying faithfully on a monthly, i go on to the app and find that the service is blocked. I have tried to call, I cannot get through, I emailed and waited... Well I am waiting from the 4th of April. I just want to know which month I missed according to them so I can send proof of payment, but man it is difficult. Ever ready to take money but never ready to provide the service people are paying for. Disgusting.
I urge you to please think twice before you order any tech from Pick n Pay, they deliver broken items, this happened to my wife and I within the space of 1 month! I bought headphones and they were broken. I escalated it to the store and was told that they cannot pick up the order. I must just stay with the broken item because I am unable to get to the store due to no transportation. If you can deliver broken things, you should be able to pick them up! This was 2 days ago but was logged less than an hour after receiving the item. So sick of you people. We have 2 broken items now!
I had a scary experience with MANCOSA. I 2as unable to submit my KCQ due to a system error which is NOT MY FAULT. I was shouted at by an agent telling me that I had to re-register for an issue I did not cause. I will never recommend this college. In spite of my situation and ithout remorse, they tell me that I need to re-register for 3 modules! The lack of care shown for something that's not even my fault is disgusting. My future has now been compromised my a college who are supposed to care about it.
What is going on with Vodacom? They call and tell me that they have the cellphone that I returned within the 2 week period agreed upon, now they try a debit order 2-3 months later and threaten to blacklist me. After the hell you put me through for a cellphone that yoh guys have, you still want more?! Vodacom stop! Please ! Con artists
Disgusting service by vodacom. I took out a contract and was not happy with the cellphone within the 2 week period (as stated in the online deal), I told to take an affidavit to Vodacom so I done as I was told, i was turned away and told that they cannot help me. Today I received an email saying that I am going to be listed on the credit bureau! Terrible service. Vodacom has terrible services!
One of the worst colleges when it comes to repaying money owed to you. I find it amazing how quick they are to take your money but so long to repay the money. I paid 32000 rand for a 1 year course which it took me 3 years to get my certificate, now I am told by their staff that it will take at least 3 months to get a response from the college and another 3 months to get the refund which they took without authorization. Very bad service!
