Policy Matrix/Beame Account 721210. The policy was canceled by me after phone call from "I did get a call from "Ian Govener" that confirm that the policy on Chev Utility is at end of contract. I informed him that I cancelling the contract. Various E-Mai

The agents are very rude .i am a brand new customer .i have just bought my first car which is preowned . my tracker was installed today the 16/03/2026. I have taken the gold package. When i called for a fuel assist after the installation i am told that i already used my benifits .this is a **** .i have just put the tracker not even a day so how do i finish all my benifits . this company is robbing people of they last money .i am stuck for fuel in the middle of nowhere . this is very unprofessional of matrix . i need my account fixed with immediate affect and all my benifits back . i was told that the previous owner had matrix .That got nothing to do with me . i am now the owner of the car an a new customer so i dont understand what the previous owners defaults have to minipulate my account the reference number below is the reference of the installation guys that fitted my tracker today.. #20304961 ****ture tech)

Matrix Bea-me tracking is the worst ever

The worst company in the tracking industry ever. I had Bea-me tracking installed in 2 of my vehicles in 2018. In May 2025 I phoned them to hear where my Ranger was, and they said they could not find it. Since my contract endid in2021 I asked them to cancel the devices. Because if my vehicle was lost I would have no claim from outsurance, since the last time they picked up my vehicle was January 2025.I sold the ranger and had Tracker installed in my new vehicle and my second vehicle. At the end of August 2025 a lady phoned me requesting to pay the installments for the 2 devices from Mei to end of August 2025.I refused because I stopped both devices and their stoporders from 15 May 2025 I have been trying eversince to talk sence in to their representative, with no avail. I have now been Blacklisted and a attourney collections company keeps on phoning me and asking for the premiums from May until when ever. No one is prepared to listen or take responsibility.

Initially it was bad, could not settle my account, after I refused to pay the monthly installment, they handed me over to the credit buro. I could not reach them to settle my account, real bad call centre , people not available, do not answer questions- this kept on for X amount of times, got numerous settlement agreements which was all very inclear. I paid the last two, phoned again and at last got hold of Busisiwe Nyembezi-she helped me to get to my CORRECT settlement amount!! She also informed me that I actually paid too much and the access amount will bebpaid back to me at the 25th of March, I just have to send her a mail to remind her to follow up on this!! She also assisted me in getting my PAID UP LETTER from Matrix! What a surprising change of client service after the initial havoc, thanks so much Busisiwe, I REALLY appreciate your help with my account settlement!!

Do not use Matrix.

My car was written off in 2024. For over a year I have been requesting them to collect their unit from the car that was written off because. Drunk driver drove into me. For over a year I been paying for something I don’t use. I have asked them to collect the unit. I gave them my insurance companies information so they can collect the unit. I don’t use it as I don’t have a car. And they still continue to debit my account. I have paid them R 3 615.00 in 15 months (monthly debit orders) for a unit I am not even using. But they continue to try charge me over R2000 to cancel. I cannot afford this. I have been trying to cancel this. They are useless. I haven’t had a car since my car was written off in 2024. I have sent them Multiple email. To which I am Ignored. Then to have someone contact me today and just ignore everything I have said. I’ve paid your R 3 615.00 in 15 months maybe even more. Because you keep debiting my account. I haven’t had a car in 15 month. I’ve told them countless times to go collect the unit I don’t know where the car even is.
