I had been with Matrix for over the years where I always experienced additional services being added on my account without me being informed. It came to a point where I decided to stop their debit order and informed them. I received a confirmation email that the service was terminated, and I sourced and installed a vehicle tracking device with another service provider on a contract basis. Now, I am still getting sms requesting me to pay the Telematics.

I have been battling a simple matter of wrong debit order reversal by standard bank mobile. Every second for the past two months I receive various emails alerting me that my query has been resolve whereas nothing has been done at all. I have a standard bank client for many years but this time, I'm very disappointed
