I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Matrix. I was charged additional fees for the MyPanic App service, which I was originally informed was included as part of the Silver Package when I signed up. To make matters worse, the app was not even functioning properly. When I contacted customer service for assistance, I was transferred to the services department, where I was met by a very rude and dismissive consultant. Instead of listening to my concern about being charged for a non-functional service, she simply stated that the app was only free for a 30-day trial period after sign-up. However, these charges are still appearing on my latest invoice.
In addition, I previously requested that my debit order date be changed to the 25th, yet it has taken months for this change to be updated on your system. This level of inefficiency and poor customer service is unacceptable.I moved from another tracking company expecting better service from Matrix, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. If this is how customers are treated, then I no longer wish to continue doing business with your company.
