I have been trying to cancel my subscription with your company for quite some time now. My contract ended a while ago, yet you are still refusing to cancel the subscription. What is even more frustrating is that whenever I request a copy of the contract showing both the start and end dates, you only send documents showing the start date. Where is the end date? A proper contract should clearly state both the commencement and termination dates. This situation is extremely concerning and unprofessional, especially considering that I have continued paying for more than three years. I would appreciate this matter being resolved immediately. On top of this, customer service is very poor. I want out please!!!
