Excellent Student Support from _Yoneeta Sign :Research Coordinator (Masters)

Writing I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Yoneeta Sign, the Research Coordinator (Masters). Her constant prompt responses, professionalism, and dedication made my Master's research journey far more pleasant and manageable. Throughout my study, she was always available to assist and guide whenever I had questions or concerns. What stood out the most was her ability to remain calm and reassuring. She consistently encouraged me not to lose focus or worry during challenging moments in the research process. Her support, patience, and commitment to helping students succeed truly make a difference. Having someone so responsive and encouraging greatly contributed to a positive experience while completing my Master's study. Thank you, Yoneeta, for your outstanding support and for making the research journey smoother and more motivating. Kind Regards Nonhlanhla S

Request for Review of Graduation Date Change Decision

I hope this message finds you well. I did not want to bring the matter here, but from people who previously experienced this, this is the only way that MANCOSA resolves matters. I find this to be so wrong, as you have channels to resolve matters, but you never listen to your students. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the decision to decline my request for a graduation date change, despite the logistical challenges this poses for my family. My husband and I are both graduating this year, but we have been assigned two different graduation dates. This arrangement significantly increases travel expenses and requires us to take multiple days off from work, which is neither practical nor cost-effective. I believe that as an institution, MANCOSA has the flexibility to accommodate exceptional circumstances such as ours. A graduation ceremony is a momentous occasion for every graduand, and it would mean a great deal for my husband and me to celebrate this milestone together on the same day. While we may have different surnames, I am confident that adjustments to the programme can be made to address this unique situation. I kindly request that you reconsider your decision and explore the possibility of aligning our graduation dates. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to review this matter. I look forward to your response.

Change in Managerial Economics Case Study

Mickey Mouse Institute - Change in case study without communication I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent announcement made during the Managerial Economics MBA webinar about the case study change. Many of us have already begun working on the original case study, and some have even completed it. With the submission deadline set for April 8th, this sudden change leaves us with less than a month to adapt, which is highly challenging given our professional commitments. Additionally, it appears that no official email communication regarding this change has been sent out. Not all students are able to attend the webinar due to their schedules, and relying solely on webinar announcements risks leaving many unaware of the update. Clear and timely communication is essential to ensure everyone is informed and can plan accordingly. As working professionals, we carefully manage our time to balance academic and professional responsibilities. A last-minute change of this nature disrupts our planning and raises questions about whether the effort we invest is being valued. We strive to deliver quality work, but such abrupt changes make it difficult to do so effectively. I kindly request clarification on the rationale behind this decision and urge the programme administration to consider the impact of such changes on students’ schedules. Additionally, I suggest ensuring that all future updates are communicated promptly via email to avoid confusion. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. Best regards,

Another year another Circus Parade

I had logged a ticket regarding assistance in academic support on behalf of my entire cohort. I had noted first years were invited to a webinar where they were explained in detail how to approach and complete case studies particularly noting how to deal with command terms. I find this ridiculous as first years do not do any assignments or writing that require that level of depth in instruction but we as students who have to write those assignments have never gotten such a class??? It makes absolutely no sense. so I log a ticket 6 days ago and I get ghosted. The policy is that Mancosa will get back to you in 48 hours but they dont seem to care. It happened with another ticket to which it was also just ignored. Is this the transparency and fairness practices you people aspire to in your brochures??? this is beyond unacceptable and you people seem to know it. just coasting along while students are left to roam free utterly lost with regards to support as its non existent at this stage.

MBA is a joke!!

Is this a Mickey Mouse institution? So in today’s Managerial economics MBA webinar the lecturer announced that he is going to change the case study. We had started with the case study and some had alert completed it. The case study is due on the 8th of April and it will be changed less than one month away?? Why have we not received emails about this-not everyone can attend the webinar!!! Do you want us to submit work for the sake of submitting or do you want us to work diligently? We are working professionals and we plan our time. This is unacceptable!!!

***** WITH BILLING

I was billed an incorrect amount by Mancosa and had to raise the issue myself after reviewing my statement. On 11 March 2026, I requested a statement to confirm whether my company had made payment for my tuition. The statement reflected fees of approximately R39,000. However, the pro-forma invoice issued by Mancosa is for R34,000, which is exactly the amount my company paid. In addition, I personally made a payment of R4,000 in December. Instead of this amount reflecting as a credit on my account, it appears that the fees on the statement were increased by roughly the same amount. I have logged a call on their website and emailed the finance department, providing them with the pro-forma invoice of +-340000. The pro-forma is also available on my student profile on their system. I am currently waiting for Mancosa to correct the statement and reconcile the account. So I can get my R4000 back. This is not even the first incident I have with regards to money last year I had to wait for my refund like 50days.This here they inflate the bill. Also just to inform you I am not the only one that wants their credit as there are other at my company that are going to request it.

No response after submitting refund documents for R4000 overpayment

When I first registered with MANCOSA, I was impressed by how responsive and communicative they were. I felt well supported throughout the registration process, which gave me confidence in choosing them as my institution. However, that level of communication disappeared once I was enrolled. I recently overpaid my student fees by R4000 — paying the full pre-credit amount instead of the reduced amount due. I submitted all the required documents to [email protected], including my fee statement, proof of payment, and banking confirmation details, and I have been waiting for any response or acknowledgement that my refund request is being processed. The silence has been deeply disappointing. A R4000 overpayment is not a small amount for a student, and at the very least, I expect a confirmation of receipt of my documents and a timeline for resolution. I hope MANCOSA takes this feedback seriously and improves its post-registration communication. Students deserve the same attention and care throughout their entire journey — not just during sign-up.
