If it were possible to give no stars I would, this is a pathetic institution. In Feb 2025 I was told that I would receive a refund of R7200. It’s been over a year and I have still not received my refund. This is ridiculous, the work ethic at Damelin is pathetic, the only reason I was unable to complete my qualification is because of the terrible communication skills of this institution. If I do not receive feedback by tomorrow I will be taking this up as I have been emailing Tanya, via the customer service emails for months and I have still not received any response.

Dameline online bloked my portal last year October and I've been asking them to resolve my issue but they not willing to assist, instead they are flooding me with calls demanding payment yet I don't have access to their portal, how do I pay when unable complete the course I registered for.

This company does not supply any up to date manuals, they demand money. Don't have the actual course or study manuals. Management lies and uses delay tactics. When you get asked to fill in a refund form. Management must apparently approve. Then you never see your money or managements lies again. I am going to report this to higher education and small claims court. This is unacceptable.

Philip slater whom is part of management,has made up numerous stories about when courses start. He is part of management. Told us when missing text books would be available. It was delay tactics. It's ***** , as now the course is not available. When they promise a campus that's available, where youf children can go ad correspondence does not have it. Braamfontein management promises to deliver. Then you get asked to fill in a refund form, Chris replies there is an investigation on you? However there is no course available or the online portal is not working. The staff are involved with the *****. A year an 2 months later, no studies No refund. Becareful absolutely a **** ,lies and *****. Chris and Philip need to stop all the deceit. Then they threaten you about monthly payments but don't provide any course to study or the study material.

I have been trying to contact Damelin but with out avail. I am looking for 2 of my certificates. The most upsetting thing about this is I am looking for employment and they want the certificate but I can not produce because I never got them.

I paid Damelin Online R5000 but they did not render the services and now they don't want to give me my money back. This is despite emailing and contacting Phumla Pearl Dube (076 168 1608) several times. And now she has stopped responding. I am very upset and disappointed. Don't trust Damelin Online.

I paid R10,000 on 13 February 2026 for enrolment in an online course. The payment was made via EFT into Damelin (Pty) Ltd – Online’s FNB account (Account No. 62605187245, Branch Code 204109). The course had not commenced at the time of cancellation. No academic services were rendered. A formal written cancellation was submitted before the course started. Despite this, no response has been received and no refund has been processed.

Very very bad service. I am struggling since 2024 to get a refund sorted. No one reply to emails. There is not a contact number or person to call. I've been dealing with more than 4 people (Damelin Centurion and Durban), thandeka, precious, Selena, Velencia, Cleavon, only to find out they are no longer with the institute. Had to send all documents again, but till this day... No response. For such a big institute, to take people's money and not pay it back. I wonder how the audits and financial year ends gets done. I tried to speak to Deelena that is at head office don't return calls and always in meetings.
