DCC IS A ****, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
If it were possible to give no stars I would, this is a pathetic institution. In Feb 2025 I was told that I would receive a refund of R7200. It’s been over a year and I have still not received my refund. This is ridiculous, the work ethic at Damelin is pathetic, the only reason I was unable to complete my qualification is because of the terrible communication skills of this institution. If I do not receive feedback by tomorrow I will be taking this up as I have been emailing Tanya, via the customer service emails for months and I have still not received any response.

DCC's Miscommunication and Lack of Urgency
Dear Damelin Correspondence College Administration, After sending a numerous amount of emails. I was expecting to receive my results by the end of 2024. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. This delay has caused significant inconvenience, as I was unable to write my final exams due to DCC's error in handling my registration. I have been made aware that I am not the only student affected by this issue, as at least four other students have experienced similar problems over the past two years. Despite my repeated emails to relevant staff members, including Gerelda Cloete, Katie Blake, and Samuel, my concerns have been consistently ignored, and my questions remain unanswered. The lack of urgency and communication from DCC has been extremely frustrating. In light of this situation, I am requesting a full refund of R9000. I believe it is reasonable to expect a timely and efficient service, particularly given the significant investment of time, money, and energy I have made. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will be forced to escalate this matter further. I hope we can resolve this issue amicably. A June exam opportunity is not an acceptable solution. I am concerned about the systemic problems at DCC and will continue to advocate for a refund until this matter is resolved.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Earlier this year, I enrolled in the Business Management N4 program. Unfortunately, due to the Damelin Correspondence College(DCC) inadequate communication, I missed the opportunity to write my external exams. I have called multiple numbers and I have sent out multiple emails to Gerelda, Katie and Samuel, all have been ignored.The institution's lack of concern for its students and transparency in providing essential information has been frustrating.
