The genisis rechargeable vacuum is *******. It does not pick up tiny cat litter pellets and it just rolls up hair and dust into a long string which we then have to pick up and throw in the bin which defeats the whole object. It is heavy and just turns in all directions when you want it to go straight. Sorry we bought it.

A Verimark Knysna iron packed up during one year guarantee. While they repaired it we bought another identical one as they look good. That then also packed up so we reverted to the repaired one. Which then packed up too. They now want R1000 to fix both irons as they are out of 1 year guarantee period. We objected. We threatened to go public. They don't seem to care.

A huge thank you to Bongani from Verimark at Game Cresta. He did everything in his power to assist me with a Genesis repair, showing true commitment to customer service. It is a shame that his efforts were met with such a hostile and dismissive attitude from the Game Customer Care department. Watching the store staff treat a colleague so poorly was professionally "disgusting" and reflected very poorly on the branch. Bongani, thank you for your help.

I was told to go in store and do an exchange, when I got to the store the sales person said I purchased an online demo and he doesn’t have stock and he is unable to assist me. He then called Roseline from head office who told me that they did not send the pan damaged it might have been the couriers and the only thing they can do is to refund me or send the pots back and I must wait for 15 days or more to get them. I told her I don’t want a refund I just want the post and I can’t drive back here again to pick up the pots when they arrive because I don’t leave around Tygervalley and that this is really an inconvenience for me. She said then there’s nothing else that she can, she kept on speaking over me I even asked her to give me an opportunity to speak but she ignored me and kept on repeating that we can just refund you. I had to give the phone back to the sales guy person because she was just not giving me the chance. I am very disappointed with the service from Verimak, no one wanted to take accountability Roseline just kept on blaming the couriers. I did not even get an apology from the lady she kept on saying it must’ve been the couriers who damaged the pan.

I am soo disappointed in these floorwiz mop and bucket set. I bought mine last year from Makro Springfield took it to them early this year a ***** fell off which would to me means it’s defective as that should not have been loose anyways I had a problem there I had to threaten to take it to social media for them to finally take it and send it for repairs. I got it back after a few weeks all well and good tested it then I kept as I had another mop because this one was in repairs so when I eventually decided to use it and the one part is broken I never even give it to them like that. I was soo fed up I knew if I take it back they going to accuse me so I put glue and a cable tie to use it. The bucket is soo flimsy when u fill it with water it tilts to one side. These mops are not cheap items we work hard for our money to buy things that make cleaning easy for us. I have been using floorwiz for years from the time my mum was alive and the quality is pathetic and very disappointing so is the Verimark staff at Makro Springfield park. I am in customer service for the biggest retail company in the world and that is not the way you speak or handle a customer.

I bought Genesis Iron power steam so it’s called 2025-07-11 Kimberley Game. I returned the iron sometime last year October complaining it keeps on tripping the power off I was given another iron Within 4 months the iron still does the same thing. I need a refund of my money because no ways Horrible horrible quality !!!
